Zetacreation and Pawz Silicone have agreed to merge into one new company called ZetaPawz, over the next several months the Gel toys will begin to be discontinued and will eventually be replaced with new Silicone models :)
What this will mean to the customer is that we will be able to provide better quality items at a great price, as well as alot better customer service and much better times on shipment, so your order will be shipped in days, not months. I know that i have offended alot of folks over the years with how long it has taken me in the past to make an order up before its shipped out, so there will be no more of that. All items offerred on the site will be kept in backstock so there is no delay in shipment.
This does NOT mean we are going out of business, we are just downsizing the gel side of the business that has been taking so long so we can focus on bringing them back out in the Silicone side over the coming year, so stay tuned for the changes and to see the new models as they are released :)
We are trying out a new idea here, in that we are going to ask folks to submit vids for posting on the new site as soon as its available. We will give $10 in store credit for the furst few who submit them, and $5 for each set of pics submitted.
The shopping cart has been updated, and we are now offering a referal service. For each person you refer that makes a purchase from us of $50 or more, you will recieve $5 in store credit. To recieve the credit they must mention your name, and only 1 name per order, not a nickname! (Must be indicated on the order, who the referal credit goes to) You can use this toward a purchase, or you can let it build up and get a free toy!
And for any error, or broken link you report you will recieve a $3 credit.(provided you are the first to report it)
