There's one thing I'd really like to see here, more cat love. Sad
Specifically.. this is what you have but this is what they really look like. Notice a bit of an important difference? No spikes on yours! :3 I'd really, really like a nice gel cat dildo with spikes akin to the real thing, since I'll likely never be able to get the real thing and live through it.
Although them actually being spiked might be a bit too much, I was kind of thinking like rounded tips, that are still flexible enough to come out with little pain, but firm enough to feel them, you know?
An accurate and an anthro version would be really nice. :3

Excuse the horrible quality picture, it's really hard to find erect pictures, apparently.

This has actually been requested alot, and 2 issues keep on coming up which would be a problem.

If we did try to make it more realistic (barbs as you say) then we have to have very many caverns in the mold.  The problem that can happen is bubbles and quite easily.  This would be a disaster, as most if not all would have them.
Assuming we got around that issue, the barbs would be quite painful and the toy would need to be sold in the softest possible for safety reasons or figure out how to blend the hardness so the barbs are more easily pliable.  This would still hurt.

With the above 2 issues, getting it closer to reality is not very high on the to-do list.  Sorry ><

A little pain is alright in my opinion. It can make it a little interesting. :p
Bubbles sound like quite an issue though..would it help if you made them bigger? Giving it more room for error.
I've seen some pictures of spiked ones like this but never any for sale. :< I dunno if that's gel or not though I'm not a big purveyor of dildos, seems like it though.

Perhaps if you filled the spikes on the mold individually instead of the whole thing at once? Might be a little more time consuming but that just nets you a bit more profit. Can't say I know much about the physics but I'm prepared to throw out as many wild suggestions as needed to find one that works. x.x

The sizes of the barbswouldnt help as much as the shape.  The longer they are and the more pointed to the base, the harder is becomes.
A great example of the problem would be this.  Fill a sink or bucket up with water and take any glass that has no holes in the bottom.  Put the open end down in the water and push... The air doesn't come out.  The water would be the silicone of course.

A "little bit of pain" is also a very generalized statement.  In any case, although its not prioritized, I would eventually like to have something with a bit more "poke" to it which could include a feline... but without 50 some-odd barbs.  A little bit of pain is fine, sure.  But a whole lot of internal rips isn't, especially when people dont actually know what they can safely take.

If not mistaken, doesnt the head of the gel tiger have barbs?

And if you were looking for an anthro there is one made in gel already that is of a tiger.

Didnt know if you had seen those two or not before suggesting.

But thanks for your inpout and the pics, it does provide stimulating thoughts Cheesy

Yeah just nubs..though I'll still probably get one of those for the time being.
Also if making the barbs straight would be easier for the creation process, I'd gladly go for that. As the title says, "more" accurate, not "completely" accurate. :3
But yeah I wouldn't want anything to tear, was hoping round tips might solve that. >_>
