Have you been having some server problems since last night 03/07 around 10:15 PM cst/11:15 PM est?

I have had issues twice since yesterday were I was unable to see the site. Last night 03/07 I don't know if it was only short lived or not because I didn't try to get back on after the first little bit of problems. This morning around 11:45 AM cst i had the same problem but after about 15 minutes I was able to get back on.

Yes, occasionally the new server does have some hiccups.  It'll take a little time to fine-tune it so it won't crash under load.
When it does however, it will auto-restart from the monitoring services.

Ok so I'm not the only one. When I first noticed it I about had a heart attack, I panicked and feared the worst that I'd done something wrong and would never be able to see the site ever again. The new server is icky and takes delight in giving me pain v.v

I have been working unofficially with computers and networking for like 25 years officially for like 10 years. So my first thought was a crash of some kind then I remebered something about the new webservers being virtual so I thought it might have crashed. In most cases they come back up in just  moment or two because being virtual they usually have a backup for fallover if a problem in the main happens. But I guess not here. When it didn't come right back then I thought that maybe something fubared on my machine so I did a reboot and tried to get back on and still couldn't so I went to bed. I was able to get back on later this morning but then around noon it happened again but this time it came right back after a just a minute or so. SO i kinda had it figured out then just good to hear Tal confirm what I was thinking.

Still kinda frustrating to deal with when it happens.  Guess its to expensive to get their own server and set it onsite and have the internet bandwidth to run it.

Windows: Easy to setup, lots of maintenance
Linux: Hard to setup, no maintenance

It'll take some time of tweaking options to eliminate any crashes.
