"Special" Bulbs + Another Suggestion

Ok! I've been a toy connoisseur for and one big thing that girls seem to like about Canine toys, the Gel equine line, and a few others is the pop feeling! This was really explored on the instructor toy, but I was thinking.. Aside from that slip and pop feel there should be a something something new with it!
