OMG...got Boxie today in the mail. He is quite a fine specimen of vulpine delight. I wish I had more time to write a review today but I have to head out. Needless to say I'm an EXTREMELY satisfied customer with my first toy and plan on ordering both the Timber Wolf and Akita later tonight. I'll post the pics and a VERY thorough review at that point as well. For those waiting...it is SO worth it. As a secondary note, if you haven't used the support ticket system to ask about your order if it's 3+ months then you should. Bear was very prompt. I may have just timed it right by coincidence, but my turn around afterwards was ungodly fast. Many kudos to bear on the product quality. You have a solid customer in me now.
*excited* I'm so glad you got your Boxie! I can't wait to read your review, Dewclaws!

I'm just hoping my Oskar comes in real soft. I sent a ticket asking for it to be super soft (like a shore 3 or 4) and I know I'll be able to take it fine then... for the most part, haha.

I thought about this long and hard before deciding to reply to the above post. In the end, I felt something needed to be said. So here's my statement. Unlike others, I won't debate it after the fact, and won't respond to baiting, so don't bother trying. Quail . . . . . This is not the first time you have made a tasteless remark like this on the Zeta forums. Even with the "XD" (which is easy to miss), don't B.S. me that it was "supposed to be a joke". Please knock off that kind of insult, or take it elsewhere. Nobody deserves this sort of treatment because their capacity differs from yours. You don't see anyone here making snide remarks about YOUR capacity, or the toys you buy. And Boxie is too small for a LOT of people here. I don't "shove a lot of toys up my ass (vagina)", but the first time I tried him, Boxie was too damn small and short for me, so I sold him. With Bear backed up to the sky with orders, and long-delayed prizes, where do you get off asking for a special, custom firmness of toy? Honest to god woman, if you can't handle Oskar and his harsh, scalloped flare (god knows I cannot) then pass it by.

EDIT2: Forget all I said. I'll just put it in a list to be to the point. 1) It was not meant to be an insult, I will apologize to knotme directly if it insulted him. 2) You have no right to interfere, it's none of your business. 3) The firmness was already spoken about with Bear, there is no problems regarding that, so please do not comment on it. I do not appreciate someone getting involved in matters that do not concern them. If I am such a problem person, let the admins tell me directly as is their job. If They want me to leave, then i will leave.

Hurrah!
My order #645 looks like it was shipped recently.
Now I just need to wait for customs to open it up and tell me that they've open it and found no bad stuff.
Living in Australia BTW
Still nothing in the mail yet. I'm not worried about it yet the Post Office said packages from USA to Australia may take up to two months. to arrive by ship. (which I think is how it's being posted.) EDIT: I just check what was the expected times for delivery times was for my method of shipping. USPS Priority Mail International - 6 - 10 Days - $27.50(€23.93) It's been much longer than that. I'll wait another month before I complain to people or post office.

I see that you're in the Land Down Under greetings! Please be aware that several other members living in the same country have had their packages opened and inspected by the country's customs inspectors (or whatever they are called). Some have had to pay customs fees to get their package; please be patient. Some poor customs inspector may have opened your package, saw what it was and passed out.

I'm not worried about that I've ordered toys from Zeta before, first was Anthro Tiger, and customs didn't open, 2nd time was Ruff's Stuff and Grand Pup, which was opened by Customs. this most current order was for 4 toys, and it's been quite a long between ordering and it being sent. BUT it's ok I found a email from some person named "Judd Killam", with a title "Judd Killam has sent you a package" and when glancing at this most people would think spam. for some reason I decided to open it and low and behold it was not some Nigerian Prince who's dad died leaving him billions and needing me to get his money. but an actually UPS tracking number for my package! So anyone out there please add Judd Killam to your not spam list. or keep an eye out from emails from this guy. September 06, 2010 7:24 pm Out of Foreign Customs September 06, 2010 6:54 pm Into Foreign Customs September 06, 2010 6:54 pm Arrived Abroad September 01, 2010 1:11 pm ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS), International Dispatch Arrival August 31, 2010 12:05 pm SISTERSVILLE, WV 26175 Acceptance See most time was it sitting on a ship on the ocean, it's only spent 1hr in Australian Customs. Aussie Furs please have patience.

Mine has been in customs for a few days now DX. Either they have opened it and are enjoying it or they are backed up loads.
Hope it comes tomorrow :/

I think the only reason why they are opening it is because of the baby powder that in left in the plastic bags when shipping, they might think it's plant material or dirt or drugs. Maybe something else could be used to absorb the moisture?? On another note I've finally got my toys in my paws.
