^ Actually, I used to work for UPS, particularly around Christmas time. Anyway, I'll always choose UPS or the US Postal Service because the Fed Ex and DHL guys were constantly asking us for directions... I think that's because UPS takes care to keep it's drivers, and they really learn their route. Made me feel really sad for DHL though when their drivers repeatedly showed us that they couldn't navigate their way around an apartment complex... I'm not saying UPS is perfect; we had our share of goof ups here 'n' there too; but we only lost a house once (it was un-numbered, way back past some other houses that were numbered in a different sequence) and we never got lost while I was working there.

OMG...got Boxie today in the mail. He is quite a fine specimen of vulpine delight. I wish I had more time to write a review today but I have to head out. Needless to say I'm an EXTREMELY satisfied customer with my first toy and plan on ordering both the Timber Wolf and Akita later tonight. I'll post the pics and a VERY thorough review at that point as well. For those waiting...it is SO worth it. As a secondary note, if you haven't used the support ticket system to ask about your order if it's 3+ months then you should. Bear was very prompt. I may have just timed it right by coincidence, but my turn around afterwards was ungodly fast. Many kudos to bear on the product quality. You have a solid customer in me now.
Argh!!! You're so lucky to get your Boxie! I'm still waiting for mine to come around  . Until then, I'll be looking forward to reading your review. |
