IDK if this is what you meant by getting the mail function to work, but the PMs don't seem to be working for me

I just tried to send a message and it seemed like it worked but the message isn't in my outbox or anything.

It did work, you just need to check the box.

1.) you need to include another "home" button to get back to the shop. Acually the user has to enter the url again to the browser manually.

2.) Well. I guess, this is an old one:
The Shop urgently needs a completely new design or even a new software.
I am customer for many years now, and it NEVER changed except the logo. Do your customers something good, pic up some open source shop software and make it the same design as the Forum - that looks much more professional and would surely attract more people.

Temporarily it uses the same image as the button for the link to the forum.  Changing once I get a proper image editting program installed.

2) I've just recently (like.. a week ago) started working for BB, so anything with a major change like that would be up to him.  I will say though, that this has not gone unnoticed

Just added alot more things.

About the chat system, I already have an idea for it but it would take quite a bit work for it to display well.  So, if it seems theres alot of people interested in it, I'll get on it.  Otherwise, I'll leave it be until later down the road.

The change im working on for the review section will make finding the right review much much much easier.  I'm not going to say what my plan is, but I will say it isn't seperating it into sub-forums for each type and then major species (ex: Silicone -> Canine  / Silicone -> Horse / Gel -> Horse).  Much simpler and easier for the reviewers and the people searching.  This is the reason why I scrapped the review directory too.  Once enabled for the forum aspect, I'll try to integrate the system into the shop so people can find the reviews right from the product page.
ETA should be soon.  Currently working on multiple 3d models and quite a few web scripts.

A chat looks like a good idea to me. But why do you want to write your own chat system? It would be much easier to just use the IRC.

Not going to spill the beans juuustt yet on my plan for the chat system, but its alot less complicated than an entire new chat.  That would be out of my league too since I'd have to secure it against 4 entirely different types of exploits (which I only know how to defend against 1.)

Once the shop is 100% done (was 100%, adding a new feature) and I'm done working on the review section modification, I'll throw up a poll seeing how many will use the chat system.  If it seems like a reasonable amount, I'll put the chat modification to the top of the list of things to be done.  Guests will be able to vote too.

Some updates.

The review section change will be finished within a week, so once that happens finding the right review will be so much easier.  It doesnt however make a huge change to how you currently submit a review
The chat system is still up in the air, waiting to talk to BB about choices.
Awards are being worked on.
Still not sure if I want to change the top of the shopping cart to be like the forum.


Again, if anyone has suggestions please dont hesitate to post them in the suggestion forum.  The site and functionality isn't set in stone!
