Service
The ordering process was not difficult, but my order remained "queued" up until it actually arrived. More status updates would have been nice, but I ordered right during the holiday sale at the end of the year so I'm sure order volume was high. A customer service inquiry was answered promptly and politely. The toy took two long months to arrive, but this was actually faster than it has been during some times in the past. Packaging was very discreet with not so much as a return address on the label.
The Toy
The texture is incredible, though some of the smaller veins tend to peel off at first. The veins are especially noticeable during oral play. The hardness in medium is perfect compared to some silicone toys from other brands which are too firm. The shape and color in natural are a thing of beauty and it is obvious that the toy was very carefully sculpted. The shape of the knot is perfect for massaging the prostate. Natural coloring is well worth the extra cost. A true work of art. The suction cup is a clever feature, and it works much better on the new silicones, as the material is less rigid than the older gels and seems to seal on a flat surface better. There are also no bubbles and the material seems to be of much higher quality.
On the other hand, the toy had a rubbery odor which hasn't disappeared with several washings with detergent and boiling in water. The toy has no taste that I can detect however, but the odor still has me a little concerned. I'm used to silicone toys having almost no detectable odor. I'm using a condom with it just like the older gels for now.
Usage
I let my girlfriend try it out first. She's very open to trying new things in bed, but she was a little freaked out by the realistic appearance and feel. She thought the knot was incredible, though it took a bit of work to get it in. She's been using it almost to the exclusion of her other toys and I'm afraid she'll start to like it more than me!
As someone more experienced than her with this sort of thing (go figure) I found it to be a bit on the small side, especially the shaft which was not satisfying at all. I bought this mainly to test out the new silicone line and I'm pleased with it for the most part. I'd like a larger one, a Helmutt seems just the right size, but I'm a bit on a the fence at the moment mainly due to the rubber odor which won't seem to fade away. Everything else about it was fantastic. On the whole I'd say it would make a great toy for a beginner, but someone experienced might want to go a size up.
