I have the Knotty Instructor, and like to leave it all the way in, but the length between the last bulge and the round base is a little short for my anatomy and the sides of the round base tend to cause it to lift out.  My solution to this problem was to get a 5 inch long piece of half inch or 5/8inch diameter clear plastic tubing from the hardware store, place along the flat underside of the round base, and while holding the sides of the round base down and wrapped around the tubing, lashing it in place that way with some nylon cord, using enough wraps so that no individual strand had enough pressure to cut into the base of the toy.  Now the base, with the two sides pulled down around the tubing, is narrow enough to stay between my butt cheeks without flattening out to its original shape and pulling the toy out.  I've checked, and the clear plastic tubing I've used is non-reactive with the toy, so there is no bleeding or melting problem.

As a secondary suggestion to the first post:   With the 5/8 inch tubing already lashed to the toy, some 1/4" nylon rope can be threaded through the tubing and brought up in front and behind the wearer, and looped over the front and back of a standard belt to make SURE the toy stays in.

As the toy has been modified, I can accept no responsibility for what happens Tongue

yeah i cant see that ending well, then again i usually see the worst possible outcomes...

somewhere i read about melting dildoes together, was on some site that had to do with realllllly long insertions and was how to make 2 18 inch dildoes into 1 32 inch dildo, the cut the heads off the two dildoes, very slowly melted the heads in the microwave and then used the goo to glue the two dildoes together.

no clue what the composition of the dildoes were but doin somethin like this might be a way to elongate the end by replacing the end with somethin longer... just an idea, bb would have a much better say in the matter as he knows plastics a hell of a lot more then i do...

Just a thought... KISS.  Keep it simple stupid.

If there isn't enough space behind a knot, best to just say so.  That way, one newer models more room can be added behind it so there isn't such a problem.

I was going to post a suggestion like this. I'm a bigger girl, and I have trouble with getting the Boxie the Fox toy to stay in the front door. Some more space behind the knot would be nice for bigger ladies like myself. Unless they are lucky enough to not have most of their weight in their thighs. *giggles*

ive noticed that myself with the play with a bigger fem , the toys just dont like to stay knotted inside when ya push them in. but as the one who was pushing the toy into the front door it was nice to notice that there was a popping sensation for the person getting the plowing

My original Ruff's Stuff was a little short between the knot and the base, and since the knot was smaller then expected it was tough to keep in. I tried shaving down the sides of the base a little to use it more as a plug, but that backfired on a trip to the grocery store. Had it in and hopped on the motocross bike and headed out. Just barely got out of the neighborhood and the shaved down sides folded up and slipped in.
I got it out without a problem, but changed my mind about trying that again. The Ruff Daddy toy has much more space between the knot and the base, and works out much better.  Cheesy

If it's of an adequate size where I can walk upright normally, I don't think it would be a problem. I'd be nervous to do so though, if I were out in a place with lots of people around.

Well, I had motocross gear on so it would not be visible that I had a toy in.. not to mention walking in MX boots can cover up any odd movements due to something in you.
