Well hree months is usually the cutoff time for waiting, maybe you can email BB and he'll get back to you. Also, musgand, what toy did you order? Also have you contacted BB to tell him how long you've been waiting?
They're having a backlog lately so the "three months" rule is kind of moot (not that it was a rule to begin with). Keep an eye on the "orders being made" and "orders shipped out" threads and be patient.
