after finally getting tired of waiting after 3 months i put in a ticket for a refund. it was replied to with a generic "we'll get right on that" and another month has passed and still no refund.

    Well, if I had the money I'd be happy to drive up there and give him a hand on weekends sometimes. I certainly have plenty of free time.
