the problem that you would get with putting a tube in the center is making sure that tube has the same flex and stretch properties or it would tear inside or seperate from the toy itself leaving areas where lots of bacteria can grow

I haven't noticed any problems like that with how I did it.  Since the end of the tube is inset a bit into the tip, there appears to be no hole until it actually starts squirting since I didn't really remove any silicone but instead just made an incision and inserted a tube.  Nothing could really go backwards through it so the only real bacteria that would be introduced would be whatever you introduce into the tube.  That being said, it could always be flushed out with rubbing alcohol or any other antibacterial liquid that wouldn't harm it.   

I think molding it into the toy would make it too loose and able to be pulled out.  It really wasn't hard at all and didn't take more than 5 minutes and a bit of lube.

It doesnt seem as though it would be too hard to do.
I just havnt had time to experiment with it yet, and I need to get a supplier of the pumps that would hold the lube.

It's possible to use tubes on extremely small toys (ex: .5" wide 2" high) if my idea would work.  Granted it would take more effort than normal, I do believe it would be quite plausible.

How about a squirt bottle style pump, thats heavy enough to pump KY or at least a watered down KY solution inside, the user would just have to be careful not to pump air

I was going to use something like a fish tank pump and modify it with a speed control on the drive mechanism to adjust the flow rate, maybe make it squirt in pulses with a little electrical engineering (grins wickedly) would just need a small refillable tank that attaches straight to the inlet valve and have the toys' hose connect to the pumps output valve. Am sure you can get silicone tubing very similar to what you use for your toys and if silicone bonds to itself much like latex does then having and issue with the hose releasing from the toy would not be a factor and no worrying about bacteria. Also if you inset the end of the hose into the tip by about an 1/8 of an inch or so, you could make a protruding spike in the mold to slide into the tip of the hose snuggly then convex inwards making the opening narrow around the tip. The opening in the tip would still be flexible enough to remove the piece out of the tubing without damaging the toy. It could also be used to hold the hose in place to keep it from shifting during the pouring and curing phases. Just a thought

While I do like the idea of a squirting toy, I think most of us who have seen the video can agree that the BD design is rediculous and I won't be surprised if it's intended to sell a lot of their cum lube (which by the way is terrible as a lube).  So to get a more realistic strem to move with the correct force actually take a fair amount of power; I used to have a system to do it with a car windshield washer pump motor and it actually melted the wires I was powering it with (was using an unused PC power supply for my 12V source).

Without putting too fine a point on it, I'm slowly designing an animatronic plush system complete with a self-squirting or self-lubing (depending on your preference) system that is completely motorless.  I've had one of those "moving" butt plugs and I dunno about the rest of you but the feel of plastic gears grinding and motors whirring by my prostate was far from pleasant.
