i know your pain... kinda... i myself am allergic to certain types of vinyls that are used in cheaper mass-produced toys i have in my collection. the only way i can use them is to roll a condom over top of them. i find that the durex ultrathins are pretty damn durable and stretchy (trust me XD). however, before using a condom over your toys MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT THEY ARE LUBED WITH! most lubed condoms are lubed with water based lubricants BUT they contain an organically compounded silicone (most commonly dimethicone cause it doesnt interact with latex during storage) lubricant so 'additional lube' isnt needed for intercourse. while quick exposure is not harmful to the toys, prolonged exposure can cause damage to both silicone and gel toys (15-20 mins with a good soapy scrubbing and salt water rubdown after).

    hope that helps! :3

Allergic to silicone? I've never heard of such a case. It's supposed to be a hypoallergenic material.....

technically it is, however the polymers and elastomers that the silicone toys are made with can sometimes cause allergic reactions. these types of reactions are extremely rare but do occur even with medical grade silicone (cause they are still made in much the same way as a dildo, just for different purposes and clean room environments).

    yeah... odd no?

I think I'd cry if I had that kind of allergy. D:

I'm sooooo sorry to hear of your trouble! Sad
Have you thought about using a condom over the toys?
Or would that still not work?

I might suggest an unlubricated condom over the toy. Then you can use whatever lube you need to for penetration.
