display, carrying for travel, storage so they dont touch stuff they arent suppose to, just because, a collector wants to keep the toy in its best possible condition, dont want mice, bugs or dust all over the toy, etc.
I know this is an older thread, but from experience:
Make sure the bags are LINT FREE, or you power your toy with cornstarch or a cornstarched based baby powder, or if you use regular, make sure you aren't allergic. MAKE sure toys are washed well before and after use, and dried well before storage. I Have a lovely velvet bag a g/f made for me, and I use it for one of my larger toys. But it has to be washed well because of the lint. GRRR. So I modified the bag. I still wash before use.
I found that light materials such as satin and slick based cloths work well for storage, unlike certain cloth like terry or velvet types that leave lint or fuzzies. T-Shrit material is good in some cases, but not all.
Humm, maybe I could grow a Toy Bag Lady business for storage of naughties! LOL
Just a bit o friendly advice.
