Been waiting for my toy for over 6 months now (ordered back in April). Sent in a support ticket a couple of weeks ago just asking for a status update and I haven't heard anything back. Lurking the forums and I'm seeing BB or any admins haven't posted for a while. Am I ever going to see my toy or did BB run to Mexico with my money? Order  #1822 and ticket #172057

I seem to recall that I saw your Ticket number in the que and forwarded it to BB via our Ticket system. Hopefully, he will respond to it.

    Bear is still around and making toys.  He's posted very recently here to the forums with updates and such.  I'm not sure exactly what all has gone on for him to get so far behind, but he's working on getting everything caught up.  I'm hoping he'll be about caught up by the time I can afford to order some toys.

    I don't post unless I can provide relevent information for the topic.  People wanting updates on orders, refunds etc I don't handle because everytime it will be the same thing... "I don't know, you need to talk to BB".  I can't force him to do anything.
