    Bear: I've been waiting months (since May 29th) for Order #2001 to be on the "Being Made" list. Not once have I seen it even being hinted at being made. I have seen you tackle your mate going into the hospital for god knows what (which turned out okay, right?), the whole truck breakdown fiasco, and a fire in your workplace. Now it seems you're -finally- getting to work on toys and I'd just like a small update. Thanks!

    Tal: Have you recieved the info that the billing address for #2001 is -not- the same as the shipping address? Or is that handled nearer to completion and shipment of the order?

    If the billing address for your order is not correct, then send in a ticket with the title something like 'For tal' so it gets forwarded to me.  Then just provide the correct billing address info, and I'll get to changing it.
    Usually when people send requests for a change of address on the order, I don't change the billing address.  If you sent in a change of shipping before, that's why its off.

    The billing address is also not used as the shipping, so having it as the old one is not terribly important.

    I sent in a ticket to change the shipping address, like I said, I believe Bear got to it.
