    Hi, I placed an order on Feb 1 2010. In a reply to a ticket sent in August I was assured it would it was almost done and I'd have to wait "a bit longer" well 3 months later I guess I'm just wondering where my order is.

    I submitted a ticket on October 27th and haven't yet received a reply and it looks like other members have had success with opening topics for their orders.

    So Bear can you please reply to ticket #952988.
