Yea, I screwed up here, I will grant ya that.
I will upgrade you order to a Natural on the Silicone toy, and I do have a black kit with an egg ready to go, and I will toss in 2 free silicone toys for all your troubles here. Let me know if this is acceptable to you.

Yupp, ready to go and again I can't spot my order on any of your lists. So that's the fourth or fifth time now "it's ready to go" and nothing happened yet. I'm waiting 6 months now, since I ordered. I don't mind waiting on the stuff to much, what gets me very, very frustrated is that I'm getting treated like an idiot. That's all I got for placing my order and paying it just a few minutes later. I would've sent that complain as a ticket, but since I didn't receive a reply on my last ones, I thought this would be the better way to go.

Looks like things are rolling quite a bit faster now, so I gotta give him some grace.. you're not the only one that's been waiting a while, there are others that have been waiting longer than both of us.

As I said, it's not that much about the time I'm waiting now.... Bear told me a couple of times that my order is ready to go and after three months of waiting I can't even see my order being made or packed. Though he had the stuff ready to go a couple of times.
Plus I wasn't informed about those huge ass delivery times, I got to know about all that stuff a few months after I ordered. If I would've known it up front, I simply wouldn't have bought some toys here. So if I won't find my order on the next shipped list and won't receive it, I want my money back, as simple as that.

As support-tickets are quite useless (the last one's I wrote never got answeared), I'll now write it here.
Bear, my order still didn't show up on any of your lists and I'm tired to play they "hey you'll get a free toy/update/it's ready to go"-game. I didn't get any reply on my thread here. It's sad that you don't give a fuck about promises you gave, but okay that's how things are.
So after months of waiting and broken promises I reached a point where I want a refund.

Same deal with my order... I was been promised twice for tracking info that never arrived, order doesn't appear in any section (being made/ready to ship/shipped) then after a month and a half of not receiving answers for my ticket, I finally get one saying order will be approximately made within 3 weeks.... I better hope it will be done by the promised time with some sort of compensation, or there will be another leaving customer asking for a refund

I've only gotten tracking info on one of my many orders. All of my toys arrived just fine. I don't really know what all the fuss is about with the refunds. Only had an issue with one order and I had the same thing, it'll be shipped out. I just pestered bear about it until I made sure it was shipped. Anywho, as I said, don't know what the fuss is about, but I might just be more lenient about things. *shrug*

If bear wouldn't have promised me all kinds of stuff, I would've been much more patient with my order.
He said he would have everything ready to got - it wasn't He said it would be ready to go a second time - it wasn't He said he had some toys ready to go, if I would want to change my order - still I didn't receive my package He said he sent out a shipping info - my mailbox is empty
It's all written down in my posts above, you either didn't read it or I wasn't clear enough, but it should be clear enough what the fuss is about. If you don't mind getting lied at that's your thing. I hate it, so I finally wanted a refund.

Well, I just checked my eMail again, there's no tracking info there. My spamfoulder is still emptie too. You could send me a message with the info on here, too. Though I'll be a little more patient now and wait for the package to arrive. I'll trust you once again, but when it doesn't arrive in time, I still want a refund.
