Amazing, so I guess first in first out doesn't apply here.  I guess the money I paid isn't as good anymore?  Did he pay more for his order to get it out faster?  Do I get a discount for waiting a year?
We both pay money for the same product but I get to wait a year, and he gets to be bumped up to the front of the line IN FRONT OF ME.  Are you serious?

The latest orders being recently made and shipped have been in the 3800 and 3900 range so sit tight and it'll be coming up. Just be prepared for a few months of waiting, the lines are very long."

i am order 2666... and still waiting for my toys... so if you are in 3800 and 3900 you didn't made before Smiley
that's not correct i am waiting for a year and always the same response... in some days... but days become weeks, and months...

that's seem to be a fraud

    Incorrect. There are now two people making toys. One person does nothing but make the latest orders (3800 and up). The backlog for new orders is low... the backlog for old orders (3800 and down... 3700.. 3500.. 2500.. etc.) is high.

    Your order is not new, therefore you are in the same boat as everyone else with orders from a year ago... myself included. It is shit for business, but BB has every intention of making every toy ordered.... some day. Eventually.Fraud would be if BB is taking money and never planning to ever craft the toys.. purposefully and maliciously. That is not the case. What he does now is not cool, not good business. It's not fraud, however.

    Is there a reason the older paid for orders from last year are being made last?  my order number is 2886 and it's been a year since I placed it, and more than 6 months since my requests for info have been answered or my tickets responded to.  I just want my money back and will never purchase another product from this company due to the way this has been mishandled.  it's embarrassing honestly.

    Hopefully with two people working on the toys the back orders will be whittled away in a few months, then all Bear and his assistant will have to worry about will be the new orders. Everybody just needs to be patient durring this difficult transition. I prefer to look at everyone who has gotten their order and how happy they are with their purchase.

    I am still waiting for my order 1 year and 3 months... and still nothing. is this correct. 3 monts agao i had a message 2 weeks guaranteed... but it makes now 3 months and still nothing.

    There has been no fraud ever on this store since I am here, an I am here since day 1.

    Bear does always answer his email and pm, but due to mass of work he got it can take some time - but that is a known fact Smiley

    So I posted this 2 1/2 months ago, and as I suspected, I received no answers.  Even opened yet another support ticket...  but did at least get a response from another disgusted customer who gave me a website that actually ships what they sell.  Imagine that, actually delivering on your promise.  what is this world coming to.
