Order 1467

Since this seems to be the way to get an update so I'll throw my two cents in here.

On February 23rd of this year I put in an order for a few things here. After waiting for about two months (April 16th) I sent Bear a message asking him the status of my order, since, of course, the order status doesn't update on the website itself. Thankfully I was given the prompt response of "I'm working on your order right now" which, I assumed, meant that my order was being worked on right then. Now, of course, I did order what I assume to be an extremely popular toy, so I wasn't in too much of a huff when it didn't arrive after a few more months, especially considering the nature of the health issues that Bear's mate is having right now.

As such, I kicked my feet back and relaxed, not really minding having to wait a little longer for my purchases to arrive. I was hoping, of course, that since my birthday is in September, that I would have something to show for the ninety dollars I've spent. This date came and went as well, obviously.

Now, imagine my surprise, when, on November the 15th, I see a massive list of orders on the burner that I see my number, 1467. Somehow, I'd thought that when I was told that my order was being worked on "Right now" back in April that my order was being worked on at that time. However, since I'm a fairly patient sort, I was more than happy to wait a little longer for my order to arrive.

It is now December the 16th. I've waited nearly 10 months for my order to arrive. What was originally ordered as a reward to myself for finding a nice job and getting a decent tax return has become a nearly daily exercise in frustration and an endless lesson in patience. I believe it's impossible, at this point, for me to even be seeing this order by Christmas.

I was trying to find some sort of rhyme or reason in the order queue by comparing what was sent out since the November 15th post, assuming, of course, that something must have been sent out off of that list since it's been posted for a month. After a few quick comparisons, I couldn't find anything, so I'm posting here, asking, once again, for the status of my order.

Perhaps this post would have been better suited for the "Review" section, rather than the support section, since it's mainly a review of my experience here, but this looks like the place to go when asking for an update.
