I would like to get a refund on my order #2085.

It's been far too long with way too many promises that haven't been kept
I'm too tired of waiting any longer and getting more false promises.

Please refund me ASAP.

    Well, since I am one of the admins that assigns such things to BB or Talarath or 123,123 (Whoever that is), I can tell you I assign each ticket to whomever it needs to go to. Now, I don't know what happens to those items once I send them on their way to the next person. I will hope that they get answered.

    As it's already been suggested, submitting a support ticket is really the best way. Bear and JSealing are working very hard to catch up on tickets. it's just very difficult to sort through order updates and requests for changes or other things when they're scattered all over the forum. Support tickets are the best way to get a response from Bear on your order. You could also message Bear on the forums.

    Still, I'll relay this to Bear as well, so he's aware. *wolf hugs* Hope that helps.

    You're right on that issue. Sometimes when I log in to see how many tickets have been submitted, I have seen more than 30 in one day. Because of this, I check the tickets area at least twice a day to stay on top of things. 90% of the tickets are for BB, so I pass them along to him, since he is the only one that can answer them. The remaining 10% of the time, it is an easy answer to a question about a product or products or it is a website technical issue, which Talarath can take care of.
