I have been tring to cancel this order since October because of financial reasons.  I have tried calling, emailing, support tickets, and personal messages but have not had any contacy back.  I just need to cancel this order and get my money back.  It is not because of the service because I realize that it takes a lot of time to create these order and its a small work crew.  I intend to make orders in the future but for right now I just need the money back please.
