Ps. I'm drinking plenty fluids and taking a couple of paracetamol now and then. I'm so poorly, I've not tried Brown Bear's gift I got in the post yet hehe.

Thanks again, Red. I was surprised when I got that gift toy from Brown Bear as I wasn't expecting it lol :-p I think it's a helmutt toy. I've got 2 of those now, one to sit on and one to suck on hehe *blushes* My first ever zeta toy was a boxie foxie toy. I love that one. It's so small but it feels nice and gentle when first getting into those toys. Aaaaaaaachoooooooooooo! I wonder when mummy and daddy bear will get back after they've come back from chasing Goldilocks away. I really want some porridge. *Pouts* hehe xxx |

Whenever I can't sleep and this includes while sick, (time to be crude  ) I rub one out (so awkward to say for some reason) or have my lovely girl do it for me. Always relaxes the muscles and for guys at least releases a whole crapton of neurotransmitters that zonk us out. Works like a charm. I would also recommend a extremely hot shower (to help steam the lungs) followed by an oatmeal bath to relax the body. Also if push comes to shove when sick, I toss on a pair of sweats and pull up half a dozen covers and break a fever the hard way I'm too poorly to rub my tail lol :-p |

One of my professors came in today shouting about Zicam, and how it works soo well,, so I thought I should tell you about it!

And just like Bakku-Shan said a good steamy shower! It will help clear your sinuses! Also some wasabi,,,that would clear your nose up fast! Lol I really shouldn't tell you something I wouldn't do,,, but it works I've done it a couple of times cuz I was tricked by my murderous parents,,,,,, evil people giving their children spicy things without any refreshment,,,, oh well past is the past! Lol
Anyway I hope you guys start to feel better!

What's Zicam? What's wasabi? Is that like horse raddish? I only have that with roast beef, roast potatoes, vegetables, and yorkshire puddings all drowned in gravy. A typical sunday lunch for me hehe. Mmm my mouth is watering. I hope you all get better!
