Yep HyenaGlitter, NaughtyMewMew got it in one. Juicy-type females lubricate heavily on their own, as opposed to ladies who produce less natural fluid, and need to supplement it with commercial lubrication in varying amounts.
I'm aware of only 1 dildo keeper for women, and it's low quality and expensive. It also doesn't hold anything but tiny dildos with tiny bases. BUT... InHerTube company makes custom strapon harnesses for women. They also make snap holders that slide down over the shaft of the dildo/toy, and then wrap around the center strap(s) of a strapon harness, turning the harness into a dildo keeper. This works just fine, even when there is no dildo installed in the front of the strapon harness. This little device of theirs will work on any strapon harness.

If you're a bit handy with leather (or know someone who is) you could easily build one yourself. Basically you just need a waist belt, and a crotch belt that can snap around the waist belt.
Also, G-string underwear work pretty welll for holding in a dildo . . .
