Your views of Yiff In Suit

Hey all, I know that this site has it's fair share of furry enthusiasts, so I wanted to know...what is your opinion/views of fursuit sex? I know we're all mature adults here, so this should go without saying, but please keep all replies civil. I would hate to see this thread get locked, and I know I'm walking on thin ice with this question, so please guys.

I'll go first - I've always been into cosplay, role playing and sexual costume play. Soo, when I found the infamous Sex2K video, CSI episode and Moby's Beautiful music video, I watched them over, and over, and over. When I made my first suit, I made it yiffable to try it out (to see if I liked it) and...It was hot. Not just sexually hot, like, stuffy, not very good ventilation hot. So, my boy and I decided we'd wait until we could find someone to professionally make us new suits. We currently have a quote that the suits we want are $2400. I take very, very good care of my suits, so any 'mess' that would come from normal play would be cleaned immediately. IF I was to wear it to ANY con/meeting, it'd be cleaned most definitely before, and after.

I wouldn't suspect we'd get many hugs from people who knew what the suits were used for, but I'd still want it cleaned and disinfected, if not for my own peace of mind, but to keep nasty pathogens and mold from harboring inside the head/body. I'm normally a hypochondriac ANYWAY, and studying/reading up on getting my CNAs has made me even MORE of a clean freak. XD

i fursonally dont care *nods* i mean what you do behind closed doors doesnt matter much to me. however, if your suit is sticky and my paws manage to find that sticky while hugging a suiter i have a feeling my paws shouldnt be in 'that' area

the suiters i know that do 'stuff' in suit also have two different body suits but use the same head for both. which really is the only way to do that type of stuff. i mean really? you want to get your sexstank all over your suit that little kids are gonna be hugging on...? x.x; XD

I totally support it. yiffing in a fursuit is just about the only way I`d consider having sex with someone skin-on-skin instead of just using toys and strapons. i dont like the idea of being too warm in em though so I would probably settle for clothes with a head/paws/tail instead of a whole suit- i have heard those can become rather warm.

Hence why I'd be cleaning them THOROUGHLY after play, before any cons/outings with it, and after.

Hmm, well, being that bodysuits are really expensive, I would probably opt for a mod to the suit to hide the yiffy parts, and still use it (Keeping in mind of course, mine would need a shirt and bottom to it, Nanaki's would only need a bottom) and just really, really clean it.

Also, Hyena - I hear if you wear a bodysuit under it made specifically for keeping sweat off of the body it'll keep you cooler. Or, I've heard you can wear some sort of ice-pack...thing...under it. I would probably opt for some sort of small, jelly, frozen bracelets to put on under my paws at the wrists to keep me in suit longer.

I consider myself a closet furry, but I find all that open...ness *waves hand at nothing* a little weird. By no means do I think it's wrong, I've got my own "weird" fetishes, everyone does. I don't know, something about it just seems boxy and unrealistic. I come from a heavy role playing background too (I play DnD and have LARPed before) along with improv, so it isn't that I can't get immersed in things. I guess, they need to be more sleek or something... Thinking about it now, I'm deciding that skin warmth and physical closeness are important factors. Having 1 or 2 suits into between you and your partner is too far away for my taste.

Now if they could legit make you an anthro and have it be... natural, I'd be first in line. ...Okay maybe not first. I'm still too in the closet about it, but in the top 20 at least 

Bottom line, if you like it, have a blast. I, personally, don't care for it.

I'm weird, I like the lack of sensation on my skin - it makes everything else so much more sensitive. For me, normal sex is awesome, but when I'm in suit - I have less skin - on - skin contact, which makes any contact I do get on my direct skin even more pleasurable. ^.^

Having worn furry suits and other full body costumes in the past, I can honestly say it gets very hot even wearing them for a short while and keeping activity to a minimum.

I'm not sure if I'd want to wear one to yiff in even if I had some way to keep cool. In bed I prefer skin on skin contact. I like snuggling down with my plushies, too.

I've always been kind of interested in the idea, but at the same time it seems like it would just be a huge waste of the time and money that went into the suit.  Body suits are fairly easy to clean, but heads are not because they can't be thrown in the washer.  Have too much sex in suit and you're going to ruin it before long, and that seems a lot of money down the drain.  Anywhere from a few hundred to $1000+ depending on a lot of factors, and then you don't get much use from it before the head is too rank to keep wearing for any reason, then you have to make or buy a whole new head.  Plus the body suit can only take so much before it starts to fall apart.

Instead of the dramatically massive bobble-head type masks on fursuits (which look really big on a person in a body suit from what I've seen) you could simply use a partially-covering mask, or even a more covering one assuming it is of thinner material and doesn't envelop the head as fully as a fursuit head does. Below I've posted some examples.

They look nice, but pricey.

Just what I do and make a mask out of paper plates, dry pasta, glitter, glue and paint, and coloured tissue paper hehe. Use whatever you like to decorate it. Oh and some elastic string. No one will know the difference hehe.

But you might need a grownup bear to help to cut the plate to a mask shape and make eye holes, and stapler to attach the string to the masks to keep it on your face hehe.

I've yet to see porn of someone in a full faux fur body suit with feet, tail, hand paws, etc. that isn't also wearing a traditional fursuit head along with it.  The solid black rubber masks or that metal thing that barely covers the face ruins the entire point most people have for fucking in suit, which is to pretend you're really whatever animal getting it from whatever other animal.  I'm sure there are plenty of people who use those for master/pet bondage and such, but for the fantasy of being an animal and/or getting humped by another, they just wouldn't work for most.

As for the earlier mention of a modded suit that you wear clothes over, it's usually pretty obvious why there are clothes on the suit if you have a full body suit with clothes.  Depends, of course.  Sometimes people get/make clothes to go along with a full body suit in order to dress for the theme of a convention, but if you're "naked" in suit except for a pair of boxers people are going to know why.
