I'm such a silly lil bear. Surely for more than one reason lol 1. I thought I'd be grownup and try to cook dinner myself. 2. I cooked a stirfy on wednesday which was very yummy.  BUT... silly me didn't check the date on the jar before I poured it into the pan with the cooked chicken and stir fry vegetables. The expiry date was MARCH 2009 !!! I'm feeling ok. Just my tummy hurts a little bit. It feels like I've got windy pops. I think mummy and daddy bear should supervise me next time! Hehe lol :-p |

Try drinking straight lemon juice, it's great for killing stomach bugs. It has to be sugarless, too, so yes, it's going to be sour as hell.
