Will the Thor be made into Silicone? I do know that the old Thor is originally Gel and is in the discontinued section. I'm thinking of buying the Thor when I can afford it hehe,

All gels will eventually make a reappearence into silicone, but due to thors size he would be quite a bit more expensive.

yea id expect to see thor around 250 ish when it first comes out (thats what id expect atleast) it could be more tho. i have seen other places that have similar size toys that are actually $500. if it were possible, i read somewhere that you can use a silicone foam in the center of the toy to reduce weight and cost, i would hope zeta would try something like this but the problem doing that would be making sure the center foam stays where its supposed to. id have ideas how to do it but i dont know much about silicone casting to tell if it can be done.

Hey as awesome and impressive as Thor is, if it was set at $250 (I have no idea what it will be) it would still be well worth it. Bear's toys are impeccable.

not saying it isnt worth it, i just couldnt afford it lol. i already have a gel thor, and would love to get a silicone one, but if there was a way for bear to make it alittle cheaper (without comprimising quality) then id do anything so he could do that.

The idea you are reffering to is being cored, I think, dont quote me on that.  Its a hard inside but a soft outside.  But yes when thor comes out in silicone I would expect it to be around 250-300 for around 20 usable inches of toy plus flare and the straw.  Very much worth it but dont be so shocked at the cost of it when it debuts.

i dont think its being cored, cause the place i read actually said it was foam and was intended to reduce the overall silicone useage and weight, dont think it was directly intended to make it softer/firmer, but like i said i dont know anything about silicone casting, this is just what i read and it would be great if it is possible

I have heard of 'love dolls' or inflatable sex toys being made with foam cores and silicone outsides but I have never heard of this being done with a toy. I'm not sure whether the foam inside would be sturdy enough to exert the amount of force required to hold a toy that large still and insert it rather than having the tip bend away or  -gasp-  break. It probably could be done, but the potential issues would probably not outweigh the savings in that case.

I would love to see a cored toy (firm inside soft outside) from Zeta and I believe having a stiff baculum bone in the canine toys with a softer knot area would make the toys easier to use for those of us who sometimes have trouble with big knots, but I believe that soft insides are more problematic, as the inside is what gives the toy stability, whereas even the softest outside should be fine, it would just compress over the center.. hmmm

love dolls tend to be much thinner rubbers. im just saying what i read on another site and from what i have seen it takes alot to make sillicone break, from what i understand is the foam would be near the base or something, and you can get foams to be really stiff or really soft. about the inflatables, this would be similar idea but rather then a thin layer between the foam/air core your going to have maybe an inch of silicone between the foam and the actual surface of the toy, so its going to retain some rigidity but reduce the over all weight and potentially the cost. inflateables have a higher risk then just even just having a toy with the middle hollow in a way that you could stick a pole up it for attaching to a fucking machine
