The reason some numbers as in the 12thousand range is cause its coming form another site, It doesnt mean that folks who ordered a few days ago in the low 3000's are now 9000 behind. Its just a different number system from another site.

Yeah, I agree with you here. I've placed plenty of orders over the years myself, the most recent in late January last year (2 gel toys). I waited patiently for months, only contacting for a change of address and (wishfully thinking) to make sure it didn't get sent to my previous one.
So I've been a good customer and have always defended Zeta Toys when people were talking crap about them being dangerous and I've waited really patiently this time. So it really annoys me to see that people kicking off after 3 months seem to get bumped up.
And the people on here defending the insane wait times make it even worse - they make it seem like only sycophants get their way and anyone who dares speak out just gets shouted down. Saying "be patient, the quality is worth it", is easy when your toys all seem to arrive within 4 months or so. Try waiting for over 14 months without any actual progress and weeks even for tickets to get replied before telling others to be patient.
Frankly at this point I'm ready to get a refund because I don't think any thing's been done with my orders. I'd quite like a reply to my ticket though to confirm this. If the toys are sat there obviously I want them but if nothing has been done I want to cancel (which is what my ticket said).
It's such a shame that is' come to this though because I used to really like this company. I just hope either this mess gets sorted so I can go back to singing your praises or another company starts doing similar shapes.

I being one of those who said wait and be paitent as the toys are worth it, waited 8 months on 1 single gel toy. Again this is why I keep telling people to wait. Is the wait time overly long yes, and bear knows the wait times got way out of hand. but what people dont seem to realize is that things in life that are out of his control and those things take president over a bunch of stupid sex toys. Remember if there is no toy maker there are no toys. bear is doing everything he can to make wait times go back down. He is just one person filling orders for all of us, and companies who make large purchase orders between ours that time molds up for days on end. I currently in fact have 2 thats been in mold for 5 or 6 months now. I know bear will get them out to me as soon as he can. Once I place the order its out of my hands, I have no control over the weather, his silicone supply, the molds breaking, the molds being tied up......a number of things I have 0 control over what happens.

8 months is acceptable, I've waited almost that long on a previous order that the couriers lost. This time I've been waiting for 14 and to my knowledge there is no progress. See if you feel the same after waiting 14 months, being told it'll be shipped after 8 and tickets being ignored for weeks. That won't happen though because you post here loads so your tickets will will get replied to.
And yes I know things got out of hand and stuff happened that took priority hence why I've been patient till now but I see nothing being done about it for those of us who have waited ages - only people ordering new stuff or kicking up a fuss are getting anything and that's not on. If the backlog is as bad as it seems to be then it might have been a good idea to avoid taking on quite so much work or at least put some kind of limit in place for a while to get things going again.
Whether I cancel or not, this (meaning the delay AND the way people are acting) has definitely put me (as a long term customer and fan) off this place. If I was going to order a new comparable toy (say an equine one) then I would go for Chance rather than one from here, purely so I could have it that year. I bet I'm not the only one.

well that is your choice as a consumer, and if there was another place that did the same quality of work as zeta i would consider them (if they also had DECENT prices and didnt add additional charges for something that should be standard). but so far of all the toy makers i have been able to see products of (up close) NOTHING compares to the quality of brownbear. hell i heard another company was hiring another employee to pour toys so they could push toys out faster. now bear could possibly do this, but in doing so i can almost guarantee you, the cost of all toys WILL go up and the quality of the toys will go down. if brownbear either manages to get the employee to match his quality then yes the quality will go back up but the amount of time and materials that would be required to train the person will help drive the costs up, not just hiring someone. the other toy places i have seen products from are litterally half assed attempts. and when my friend confronted the place about it they said basicly "sorry, warrenty doesnt cover cosmetic defects." yet they saw fit to send out a toy that had surface bubbles, long deep gashes in the shaft, and a somewhat deformed tip.
now i understand you dont want to wait, no one does, but i ask you this; would you rather get a toy tomorrow, have the thing be a half assed attempt at a pour job, deformed, surface bubbles and so forth? or would you be willing to wait, talk with the maker constructively (if you need it by a certain time), and express your concern in an appropriate manor (if its taking longer then you want) to get a toy that would be pretty much perfect?
sure threatening to cancel your order is going to make him work faster because he wants to please everyone. but each time you do that your screwing another person who has been quietly and patiently waiting for their product longer then you. coming to the forums just to threaten to cancel your order just so you get your order faster is quiet childish in my opinion.
now to lenoh, i understand that is really annoying, and i think bear needs to send out a message to that owner and outright tell him that he needs to update his site OR link to the actual zeta site (both would be better) or bear should no longer allow that guy to be a reseller (or alternative purchase route).

Given the choice of having an order next day with some minor defects vs waiting 14 months - yes I'd rather have it next day or at least have the option. Some of my gels now have defects but I don't care cause they are fun and I actually have them. Quality is pointless if the product never arrives, besides which having tried several places I don't see any real difference in quality between them - fans of each always claim theirs is best but I don't see it.

I'll say this again: Anyone that orders and has ignored the notices of ship time all over the site, including the checkout page, I won't even think about sending the order # to BB. Now, if its an extreme amount of time then I will. If its absurd, I'll just bitch at BB constantly to get it out (ex: ~1 year wait time...) So, if people have been waiting alot, then do PM me. I'm not here simply as a decoration, talk to me and I'll just keep yelling at BB till he gets it done  Oh, and when I can there will be some upgrades done for BB to keep track of what needs to happen and what orders to do. Hopefully that'll get him working on orders that should be worked on, and perhaps even increase productivity.

(This is SUPPORT, not HURRY UP BEAR MY ASS/VAGINA IS UNFILLED) tl;dr btw my order number is 2001 if you want to thank me, BearB-but, I ordered it for my sub's birthday in August. I consider my sub's butt very important to fill since he's in Sweden and I'm in the states. So order number 2382 is very important to me because my sub isn't allowed to play with any toys till I get this sent to him.

i didnt say minor. the defects i saw told me that the toy wouldnt have been worth full price. ive seen toys that had less defects sold for less then what my friend spent on his. but if thats how you feel then id say you should put that in your order comments or send in a ticket so you get that next toy that has some defects. but remember, if you get it and have an issue with the quality dont come and complain about it, you want something that has less quality for full price just to get a toy faster then let bear know. im certain he has had a few flops that he didnt consider worth it and has put them on a back shelf. and so far i have yet to hear of someone directly having NEVER recieved their product, sure i hear about complaints that it took forever or the wrong thing was sent (some of those were because the person had requested changes to their toy after ordering). i dont consider myself a fan of zeta, i just have stated that out of all the other companies i have had the luck of being able to handle their product, zeta has had the highest quality for price. even tho bear does struggle with wait times he strives to do the best he can. i have had a toy of mine fail and even after the warrenty i was able to send it back and get it re made for 1/3 the price, sure it was a gel but no other company out there that i know of has a warrenty similar to zetas or the after warrenty help he had. now if you have a specific date that you need something by, i would suggest you contact bear directly, explain the situation and ask if there is any toys that are already made or have a lower wait time or perhaps a specific color happens to be able to fill faster then others, if you could get one of those. if you read the information (which you should do but rarely does anyone do it) you have no reason to come on the forums 1 month after ordering just to complain and ask where your order is. this isnt a mass production business. and while i do wish there was something i could do to help speed up bear there isnt.

I think it's quite natural behavior even for an adult, shadowquine, when you're on a year-long trip. Especially if it's a year-long trip to their first toy. So, give them some at least some understanding, they've deserved it after waiting for so long.
