Hey,

I sent a support ticket awhile ago asking if you guys could cancel my order because I am [now in the process of] moving and I can no longer receive packages like this at the new place/way too much trouble. The order was placed last July. It's not a complaint or whatever, but I didn't expect it to take this long, and I just can't receive it anymore.

The reply to the ticket was this: "Im sorry for the delays herre, I am currently backed up right now, but I will surely let you know just as soon as its on the way to you."

Seems to be some kind of communication gap there. Could someone please cancel/refund?

Hey again, look I just need someone to acknowledge that you're NOT going to try to ship it to the address that you have on file for me, because at this point it wouldn't be me who would be receiving it and it would be a disaster. (and if I gave you the new address, I wouldn't be able to receive it at all and it would get returned to sender)

The refund can wait, but I need someone to acknowledge this. Please?
