2 months and 19 days and still nothing....

Nothing but excuses and still no products. Ordered a Lucas and a Helmutt on Feb 4. All I keep hearing is he is backed up. I finally said send me whatever or I want a refund. He says fine I'll send you two items in stock and gives me a generic usps tracking #. It says 1-3 days estimated delivery. Its been another 8 days and NOTHING.... Dont bother ordering from this company as you will never receive your items. Im pissed Im out $130, but what really pisses me off is that  some crap bag is stealing peoples money. What happened to honesty and integrity??? Judd Killam, if that is even your name, you are a dirt bag. If I can keep one person from making the same mistake I did then I will feel better.... If I ever receive my items I will remove this post.  Until then you have been warned....

How about trying to get the product to my house??? I paid in full almost 3 months ago. I already contacted the cc company and you will be hearing from them. I will continue to post here and every possible site I can find until I receive a refund or the product. Enough is enough. You shouldnt be selling something you dont have. And if you tell someone 4-6 weeks then it should be delivered within that time... Im tired of your pathetic excuses...

We all have to wait, it's part of it. Daymn... I ordered an already made model.. still waiting, and I know it will be here when it gets here, no matter how impaitent I get. Doesn't mean I want to rip Bears hair from his hide.
Sure, my box was posted on the ship list a few weeks ago... thought it would be here by now, but this isn't the only site that BB has to fill orders from. Paws stuff is sold VIA other vendors too,, so that back logs a lot of orders.
If nothing else, your just looking like a big jerk and asswhip to the rest of us who post, bum and purchase thigns here.
Reminds me of a manager I once had who would fire the employees in front of costumers... rant and rave and make an ass out of herself over something menial.

Now that is a good one. Harassment? LOL... What threats? Asking for something you paid in full for 3 months ago is harassment and threats??? But your right, he should just refund the money instead of making promises. I could care less about the toy, Im not a fag and its for my wife. Its about principal. I just want what I paid for. I wouldve never ordered it if the website said we are booked up by at least 6 months and who knows when you'll get it. Some of you people make me laugh.... And if he wouldve just said hey it will be another few months then I wouldve been cool with that. But when he tells me next week and sends me tracking info then thats what I go by.  And to be honest, some of these posts I will put money on are BB;) Well the CC company has issued my money back due to my dispute and no thanks to BB. Im out..... You guys enjoy the wait:) LOL....

The chargeback you initiated several days ago is considered an immediate termination of any contract between the company and yourself.  By posting in the forum and complaining of wait times on your order when you had no valid order at the time would make it a false statement.
