Everyone likes new toys! So, in the interest of everyone getting new toys, here is a little event I call a "gifting ring".

How it works
1) Sign up by filling out the form an PMing it to me.
2) I will PM you your gifting buddy's information when sign-ups are over
3) You reply to let me know you are still ready to gift
4) Send your buddy a toy worth at least $20 or a giftcard worth at least $25. Used may be OK if the toy is silicone!
5) Enjoy the glow of doing good for others (and possibly orgasms).

If the dates look "bad" please tell me. If several people agree that the dates need to be changed, I will change them. I tried hard to arrange this one to be done before the Yuletide rush sets in. The sending period is also extended by an extra week from last time to help ease past the Thanksgiving rush.

If an odd number of people sign up, I will gift the odd numbered one, so don't worry about not getting gifted if the turnout is low.

Gifting Ring Timeline

Entry period: Ends November 15th
I will take entries from now until November 15th. Just PM them to me! All people entering must PM their forms by November 15th!

Reply period: Ends Nov 21st
This lets me know you can still do the gifting while giving me the chance to find new gifting buddies in case someone signed up and can't exchange gifts anymore. There is always some risk when doing a gift exchange, but this will hopefully cut down on the number of non-senders. If you do not reply before November 21st I will find them a new gifting buddy or take them on myself.

Mailing period: November 15th-January 5th.
All toys should be mailed no later than January 5th. If you ordered a toy from a company for your gifting buddy, please PM the order number to me to pass along to your gifting buddy so they can track how their gift order is coming. Passing along tracking information once your gift is shipped also is a nice idea and is done the same way.

Ummm if someone orders from another company and pm them the tracking number.....isnt that kinda obvious who is doing the gifting......and defeats the purpose of the game???.

You can always mail the order number and company name to me and I can pass it on to them. I know that some people like to pop their head in and say "It was me!" once the gifts are all sent and others don't, so I won't enforce which way you do it. However, they will need to know, one way or another, that an order was placed for them so they won't think they were forgotten.

And if it takes a long time to get the stuff from Zeta. I noticed that BB had his claws in other websites to sell his products... do you think they would be upset?
How often do we do this, like once a year, every six months?

It's ok, we all have those days (me, included). 

Actually, it's a minimum range, not a maximum limit. If you want to go higher, feel free! The minimum is there to assure that we all will all will get something decent. The reason the minimum is $20 on toys and $25 on gift cards is because toys will need to be shipped and shipping costs money. It helps keep the prices even for both gift card and gift senders. It's perfectly fine to mail more than one item as long as it's worth at least $20. For example, a toy and a bottle of lube would be dandy!

The reason you must have the order number passed on either directly to the gifting buddy or to me so it can be passed on to the gifting buddy is because I know that Bear and others can be slow sometimes. Having an order number that can be checked and tracked for proof prevents others from getting angry or feeling like they were forgotten. Just make sure you put their shipping details in and not yours so the toy goes right to them as soon as it's done.

I was thinking I'd try to do this once and if there is interest I'll do it again, most likely in six months. I'll probably avoid December-January as everyone is busy sending gifts those months and stick to quieter months like May and October instead. If there is only a little interest it may be yearly instead.

As to saving money, here's a couple tricks:

1) Check out auctions and scope out sales! Price of items gifted is based off of retail value, not sale price. For example, if you got a Ruff Jr on sale and passed it on, it would be fine as that toy retails for $20.  If getting gifts on sale makes you feel guilty, you can always add in a little something extra like some condoms or lube to make up for it.

2) Some people don't mind used toys. If you have a toy that fits what they are looking for that you no longer use, all you will need to pay is shipping! This is a great way to pass on toys that were too big, that you have outgrown, or that you just don't use.

3) I am giving almost two months for gifts to be purchased and sent. Start saving about $5 a week now and you can get one or two people very nice gifts indeed.

Yep! Also, most of the people on this list so far are OK with used toys, so just passing on a silicone or glass toy you no longer use can let you join while just paying for the toy's shipping! Sales are a great way to gift on a budget, too. In fact, Zeta is having one right now...
