Hey there,

towards the end of last year, I partook in a combined order, which still hasn't arrived yet/no current information has been given afaik.

The order was for a Grand Pup in Gel (his) and a Boxie in Silicon, Natural (mine). Just wondering what the status of the order is currently as the guy who did the order with me told me a while ago that mine was ready to ship and could be shipped separately.

Would be great to know if mine was still ready, and if his is ready now too/what the holdup is.

And before people get all bear-fanboy on me (which is what I see people do in every "what's up with my order" thread). I KNOW it's a one-man operation. I'm JUST asking for information. But I HAVE been waiting a while. Maybe it's time to stop people from ordering until he has caught up, or something?

Did you try submitting a support ticket or e-mailing/messaging Bear directly? Those methods usually work the best.

Im done with the boxie, just backed up on the Gel side still :/

Is it still possible to split up the order, if the boxie is done? If the gel is going to take more than another month (not complaining, its not even my toy) then I'd like to get mine shipped separately.

If you're not too busy, could you possibly let me know what the charge on top of what we've paid so far for the separate shipping would be? Of course, you can still ship to the same address (my friends, who I shared the order with) for security reasons.

I recently got a part-time job, so now I'm a poor-but-not-as-poor-as-before-student, so I've found I can afford extra shipping costs now :3
