I ordered my toy 2 months ago and still haven't received my toy. Ive tried calling tones of times, emailed a few times and now im trying the forms in hopes that i will get a response. After this experience i am extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend this sit to anyone. All i want is to get a update.

Try a ticket,, and keep posting. SUPPORT is a good place to POST for items like this or PM BEAR....

As one of the admins that does process the tickets when they come in, I would like to say that I did see your ticket and I passed it along to him. Let's not forget, BB's mate may have taken a turn for the worst and BB would probably like to spend more time with him in his final days.  |

It will be difficult for his mate to get better being that according to the posting I last saw on this issue, his mate has congestive heart failure. We will always wish him well and pray that something wonderful occurs. |

My mother is 64, and she sufferes from that also. My grandmother had it as well, and passed away because of it among other things. I know the effects and the issues dealing with it.
They will be in my thoughts... and perhaps, it's time for a healing ritual of prayers for BB and his mate. The full moon is upon us and its a good time to do it. I did it for my nephew... and it has helped very much. He is only 15 and has a valve that doesn't operate properly. They have put off his surgery again because they say he is healing...
I will light the candles for BB and his mate... if in hopes of nothing else but comfort.
