I need to ask for an update on that order because I'm moving in a month and I need to figure out what to do. I know I can change the address but with how long its taken to respond to support tickets there is a possibility of it being sent before the ticket gets seen which is obviously a problem I'd like to avoid. So what I'm looking at is an estimate of how long it'll take to figure out if it'll be here before I move or if I need to get my address changed.

And I hate to sound rude but please don't say soon, I'm looking an estimate of if it'll take 1-2 weeks or a month or so, something like that so I can accurately guess at what I need to do

Thanks for reading and hope to hear something soon

You might be better off putting in a ticket now with the new address than waiting. It's more likely the change of address will be received within a month by zeta than it is you'll actually get your order in your hands.

Even if it gets "rushed" it can still fall through the cracks and never make it in time for your move... Just sayin.

the safest way to make sure I get the new addy is to send me an e-mail to jkillam@hughes.net
with both the old and new addresses (full) so I will be sure and get it right when it goes out.

I think you misunderstand me, I'm not asking for how to change the address since I've already done that before. I need an estimate on time so I can figure out WHICH address to give you. I have several moves coming up in the next couple of months and because of how long it normally takes you to respond to tickets and emails I think it'll be less of a hassle to send as few as emails or tickets as possible.

But if you honestly have no idea how long it'd take then I will have to get a refund and reorder at a time when my address is going to be much more stable.

That is what I'm trying to figure out.

an Email has been sent to resolve this issue. However I wish it could have been resolved more favorably. I apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.

Still looking to hear from you in regards to the support ticket/email/pm I sent to you to resolve this issue.

I understand you can't be everywhere at once but even I have my limits to my patience and the complete lack of communication for 1/2 weeks (depending on which method of communication you're looking at) is quite troubling and I'd like to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

Just my weekly reminder that I still need to hear back from you in regards to my recent communication attempts. I see that Mr Bear got to some threads yesterday but I still haven't heard anything.

heya, could one of the admins who has a reliable way of contacting bear please notify him of my attempts to get in contact with him regarding order 3106. I see elsewhere on the forum that he says he's caught up with his two main emails and since I have emailed his jkillam@hughes.net email and heard not a peep it means that that's either not one of his two main ones or that he's skipped over it two or three times since that's the number of emails I've sent.

Aside from that still trying to get a response regarding the change on order 3106 so I suppose this is just my weekly reminder.

Thanks for anyone who can help and hope to hear something soon. I'm gonna keep trying to contact him but since I've had no luck so far, I'm not putting much stock in it.

Taking from July 22nd to now to get a possible resolution?  I believe you would be totally in your rights to be impatient by now.
Hopefully it'll work out.  If not, let me know so I can start cooking some bear.
