Bear;
You've tried to send my order out and had it lost. I'm waiting on the new one and I don't want to wait any longer.
Fetishzone now have the toy I want, in the colour I want, for immediate shipping :| And to tell you the truth i'd rather use them after this disappointment of losing my package.
Personally, i've used FZ before and always get my toys in 2wks. I know I was in for a long wait on this, but LOSING my toy just completely lost me. Fetishzone will give me tracking immediately, will not use USPS, and have insurance on said packages.
I'm not trying to get angry, but I want something done. I'd rather money back, and go to them now. They have what I want ready to ship now. You are still making toys and I don't even know where my new copy is in the molds.

...wow. They have both of the ones I have on order, and they seem cheaper? And they are in the natural colors I actually wanted. I chose 'surprise me' colors to get mine faster..but I have no frame of reference to see if its effective.
Oh well, in for the wait. Sorry to hear you had issues, I hope it resolves soon ^.^

I don't care how quickly FZ process their toys, I'd rather wait on BB's high quality toys, pay the extra money and get something wonderful, something that I'm not going to have a reaction to and something I'm not taking a chance on coming up short with. Sorry about the loss of the toy in the first place, but shit happens. I've been waiting amonth on an order from a different company and haven't got the first clue where my item is. I'm totaly pissed off because not only did they already get my money, they've shut down their business and I can't even get my purchase refunded or the item I wanted because they are Fly by night... and it's not even a fuckin toy!
You're not the only one out there, and trust me, BB's company might take time, but at least it's not fly by night.
I'm sure when BB gets back from his unexpected trip he had to take, if not Tal or one of the other admins, your issue will be taken care of.

You do know that BB sells to FZ, right? They're a reseller, it's the same exact toys.

See? I don't CARE if I get it from the main source. This was a birthday present thats now 3mths late. If it's gonna be the same quality, but slightly cheaper and i'm going to get it faster - i'll go with it. So i'm asking for my refund. I was told Bear was fast at this and this is why I ordered from here in the first place. I know i've only waited 8mths but i've ALSO had the disappointment of having it lost/stolen in the mail :| I've ordered from FZ numerous times. Never has that happened and all my products, toys or not, have arrived in 2wks or less from them. http://www.fetishzone.net/store/zeta-creationspaws-natural-akita-p-1442.html - this is EXACTLY what I ordered. Akita in Natural. They have it in stock right now. I'd much rather get a refund, wait 2wks and have my toy then wait PAST MY OWN BIRTHDAY to get this one from Bear. No offence, but i'm done waiting.

well, you can do what I did. Go ahead and order the one from FZ now, get it in two weeks and be done with that much of the issue, then get your refund from BB. I don't blame you for being pissed off or pissed at all about it. At least you have some kind of contact with Bear and a chance to solve the issue. I'm out 70$ completely, and be dammed if I can ever get it back. And nothing to show for it except a loss. And hell, at lest you get a birthday gift, late or otherwise... better than not. BTW, check out the link Tal placed... MAYBE you'll be a bit more paitent.

It would be like demanding a full refund from BB if someone snuck into your house and stole the toy out from under your bed. (hypothetical.. don't read too far into the example..) A refund at this point would be more of a personal favor than a business obligation. I'm sure BB wants to help you despite taking a loss for something he had no control over.. just try to be a little more patient and polite.

While I agree - I did not get the tracking code which was apparently part of why I could not access the toy at all. No post office can find it and it wasn't scanned for the most part of the trip. To be honest, I just want the TOY refund, shipping isn't important. I honestly will just be happy to get the refund and get a premade toy from FZ. Not to mention, at least i'm not getting paypal onto this without asking nicely first if you know what I mean~

And I have to agree once it is in the mail bear has 0 control over what happens to it then. In fact once he tells them who and where to mail it he has no control over them scanning the item and sending him a tracking number for it. Bear did as he always does.....

SHIPS the toys...... after that he has nothing, and I repeat NOTHING to do with what the mail system decides to do with the package.
Now then here is a happy medium that should be a solution to both you and bear. Ask bear to contact fetish zone and have them mail you the one you wanted and bear can send them an extra one to replace that one in their next order from him...would that not be a better solution to this?

I BELIEVE he has done that but I have no word if its true or not :/ but I don't even know if it was an insured package! All i'm saying is i'm out $138 with nothing to show for it, and with Fetishzone having the toy in stock from BEAR right now, I don't see why I should continue waiting when I can get a toy FROM BEAR thats already made THROUGH FETISHZONE. While that would be abetter solution I haven't been able to talk to bear recently due to this family thing. I understand needing a few days off for his loss, and getting through all these refunds now, but this toy was a birthday present for someone, not for myself! And their birthday was months ago, and now MINES coming up. I'm saying I either want that toy within the month IF he is willing to talk to fetishzone or send the next one out he makes, or I want my money back. Simple. I could still contact paypal if I really wanted to and be ever ruder and harsher on him :/ But I know that will cause problems, so i'm leaving it up to him to tell me whats been happening with the Auspost/USPS incident that he needs to hold his end up on as well, or refund me, or send me another toy. I've done all I can with USPS being uncontactable from Australia, and Australia Post have already searched their systems, finding nothing. I want something done about this, i'm not going to stand being cheated out of my $138 I paid, when that was a stretch as it was at the time, and it wasn't even spent on myself but my partner who I had the embarrassment of having no present for when I was told it would be made on time. It's been 8mths now, missed not only that birthday, but got LOST IN THE MAIL SYSTEM with no proof that it was even insured *I got no email notifications of my tracking number till I came to the forums!*

Again i can see you want something as you paid money for it; however, you were not cheated out of money.
BEAR DOES NOT CONTROL THE POSTAL MAIL
Anytime you buy something that has to go through the mail and overseas you run the risk of not getting it. As a customer you know this before you ever buy anything online. Is it right...of course not. but you nor the person shipping the package has any control over whether that package makes it to you or not. All it takes is one driver not scanning a package and its like it never existed. To which is no ones fault for the package mysteriously disappearing. So while i can feel your pain for not having for what you paid for....stuff happens beyond control of anyone and no one is going to win in a situation like this.
