I placed order #3713 a number of months ago as a gift for someone but it doesn't look like it will get here in time...can I get this refunded? Cheers

I had the same problem, was for my partners birthday. His birthday was 3mths ago. Now mines coming up in 3mths and I expect I won't get it.

Hope you get that refund dude, but I think bears currently on unexpected leave apparently?
