Order 2641

Been way tooo long for this order. Communications are not good. I'd like to see some kind of action.
Original order number 2641 (about september 2010). Got tired of waiting for the gel ruff daddy and changed order to a Timber wolf on 1-2-11. Second thoughts and canceled the order and asked for a refund on 3-2-11.
Bear contacted me on 4-7-11 and said my order #2442 was ready. I advised him it was not my order (2641) and would still like the gel Ruff daddy if time was reasonable.
Nothing since.  I sure would like something for my $80.00. So wacha gonna do Bear? Talk to me.!

Bear is away due to a death in the family. He will return on monday.

Send a ticket, again if you have already, for 2641.
No wonder things are complicated with the switcharoo thing you did.
I'm sure that Tal or one of the others will direct this to him as soon as they can.
He's got new help in the shop, so hopefully, you'll get what you paid for, and soon.
