Before you go all Bear-fanboy on me, read my first thread here from what happened with the shipping, loss of item and no upates towards end from Bear: http://www.zoofur.com/forum/index.php/topic,2109.0.html

Secondly, read my latest thread wanting a refund due to shipping, and the toy I ordered (and the same colour too) now being in stock on Fetishzone FROM Bear - the Akita - here: http://www.zoofur.com/forum/index.php/topic,2186.0.html


If you have anything against what i've said private message me, I am looking for an answer from Admins and Bear. No one else this time.



I just want my refund. I no longer want to fumble with the postal system. I have had no response from Bear even after mentioning in support tickets that my message system is not working (Shows a white screen, with capital letters 'DONE' ) and no response from Bear in the forums. I have sent out 3 support tickets, 2 of which have not been replied to at all, and the 3rd was sent 24hrs ago.

I am done with this despicable customer service. I should have just gone to Fetishzone in the first place and gotten something from them like their own line of toys, instead of waiting here for 8mths. I was told to go from the source via a friend, and never again will I be coming here. My toy was lost in the post (though it was signed for, an investigation into why this happened should still happen!), and from what I know, nothing has been done on Bears side of the investigation into this item loss as I have heard absolutely nothing.

I understand Bear has had a loss in the family, but he runs a business! I did not even KNOW he was away until someone told me in my latest thread. A notice in every forum would have been appropriate straight away.

Now i'm treating this like a business relationship. I have not received my product that I paid good money for, and therefore want a refund.


If I do not get an answer by 20th August with some sort of explanation, or refund details etc, I will be calling paypal and organising an invoice and/or dispute for the toys cost.


Bear has a duty of care to all customers, and I am one hell of a frustrated and upset customer now. I feel I have been ignored by Bear, as others have gotten a response while I have been left out. I can understand being a one-man business, but I would at least like to know some information, leaving me in the dark is no way to satisfy an angry customer!



20th August I will call Paypal. I don't want to and want to settle this refund via Bear, but this is seeming unlikely now.

24 more hours and still nothing, really?

4 more days before I contact Paypal and launch a dispute. I may even go further than this if I do not get any information.

Edit: If you are ignoring me because you think I can't dispute it you are definitely wrong. I paid you with a credit card via paypal, and while it's been more than 45 days, I can file a dispute through my bank/credit card company to get said money back with the proof I have collected. After already taking it to a bank and getting everything certified, all I have to do is fill one more form before it's done. Stop messing with me and answer before it has to come to this!


48hrs and still not a peep. Are you kidding me?


This is unbelievable. I'll definitely be calling paypal in 3 days if nothing is done.


I want a bloody answer, not to be ignored still. I know you still post and I feel purposely ignored. I'm not standing for it :|

I'm going into my bank today, i'm not giving you any longer. You can expect a chargeback for my $138 very soon on your account Bear, not to mention a Buyers Beware Post made against you and this company.

    Firstly, Bear does not check the forums daily due to the fact he works in the shops most days and is sometimes too tired to do both forums and make dozens of toys. Lately has been "work heavy" with over 40 toys made and more being made. Bumping like this and expecting a reply is unreasonable.

    I know you're upset, but the package being lost in the mail is not Bear's fault. Sure, it could have been insured, but you did not ask for insurance and normally Bear does not offer it. As to whether reports were made by bear about your package, have you asked him if he did? Perhaps he tried and was told it was of no use or he did and for some reason it's not showing up in another country's postal service records that he filed a report about the package from America. The only reason other companies are able to ship faster than bear is because they have premades on hand where Bear does not.

    I am repeating the common sense because there's a lot of wiggle-room, so even if you do decide to make Bear's life harder and make all of the rest of us get our toys slower by being cranky for days, ignoring every well-meaning attempt to help you from staff and non-staff alike, and perusing this chargeback that will hurt the company, there is no guarantee Paypal will see things in your favor.

    Yes, it sucks to be out of $138, but spreading nastiness all over because of something that isn't Bear's fault that you can't prove he did "nothing about" is uncalled for and all these "READ ME OR ELSE!" style posts are bordering on harassment. All this nastiness won't get anything done.

    A little more common sense that I felt should go here (snagged from another thread)
    you know, its not Bear's fault YOUR post office lost your toy, you had the chance to start the claims process with USPS, you have chosen not to. its not hard to pick up an international calling card and call them up and start the process, you can do this since you are the addressee and I have told you that before. I went out of my way at work to look up the information for you in the USPS regulations. you have no right to be angry with Bear over any of this.

    your post man is stealing your stuff, that sucks. stop getting mad because bear is apparently taking more than next business day to get you your FREE REPLACEMENT for something he isn't responsible for.

    This bickering is unnecessary, especially childish name-calling. We have an upset customer here, they have every right to complain. So cool it, Auroarah. Sometimes the ONLY way to get Bear's attention is to nag.

    And the person has done all she can to find out who took the package. If you read the posts you'd see that the mail carriers won't do anything, the case is too old to pursue and was dropped, marked as lost.

    I own many canine toys, and wanted to add the Akita, the largest canine I felt comfortable with, to my collection.

    Now I understand Bear runs a business, but ignoring me and still talking to other customers about refunds when i'm still here? Outrageous.

    I can do all I want at my local post, i've done my best, and if you ACTUALLY READ my past posts you'd see that i've already lodged complaints, launched and finished a search, everything that needs to be done to try and get insurance - but due to being Australian I can't call USPS as none of their numbers work here (Australian lines at least) And I don't fancy spending $7/min calling the USPS/UPS guys in America. And no, I have NOT chosen to ignore calling USPS, I simply cannot afford to call them. I don't have a phone plan, I pay for phone credit when I need it, and I don't fancy spending over $100 for a phonecall to the USA just to hear 'oh we'll launch an investigation' and to use the website you need an American address, which I do not have seeing as i'm in Queensland, Australia. Especially when Bear mentioned in my first thread that he'd contact USPS and see whats going on.

    Now as I mentioned, I want Admins or Bear to answer me but today is the 20th, and it's 2pm. While it's a Saturday I can still call up and finish my paperwork to get my refund. I'd rather know I actually have a refund coming or at least a claim then waste even more time here trying to get some god damn attention from Bear when I know that doesn't seem likely.


    You can all stop fanboying it now, seriously. If you even read my first post you would see I purely wanted Admins or Bear to contact me here. I've seen him on the forums almost every day for an hour at least, posting on other refund posts or whatnot. PRETTY sure it wouldn't take more than a minute to come here, say a few words to at least explain whats happening, then leave. My fucking god. Even I can do that to my commissioners if I get too busy/inundated with my job/s.

    This is not for you, or anyone, to get butthurt over just because someone isn't brown-nosing. Companies will get bad reviews here and there. There will be complaints. Don't argue about it and try to think everything is fine and dandy and sweep it under the rug. I'm seeing Bad Dragon do that already.

    Auroarah, your behavior is completely uncalled for. Just because someone isn't a raving fan like you doesn't mean you need to step up and give hell for a legitimate complaint. Seriously, step down and let the mods, and Bear, handle this. You're not a mod and clearly are not unbiased.

    I have complained before, too, when an order of mine was not only split into two, but I was sent the wrong item. It did get resolved, yes, but I still made a stink. I order from a business, i do expect things to be handled like a business, and I don't kiss ass. I like the toys, doesn't mean i have to back the company up when it fumbles, though. Mistakes happen, we are all human, but don't go attacking the customers just because everything was fine and dandy for you and you think they're full of BS.

    It's still an insult, plus the image you have attached, and your post was thusly reported. It's showing people new to the forum that if they have a complaint, the people here will be ramming it back down their throats and telling them that the fault is of their own, when it is NOT.

    Seriously, do not get involved in matters that a mod or admin can handle. Your biased view is making matters worse than they need to be.

    I think its now a case of having to go through payment dispute process' to get back what you can. I opened a dispute myself via Paypal a few days ago after waiting over a month for a refund that I was told would take a week. I'm unsure at this point whether I can get my money back through them but I know for certain they still deal with the dispute and complaint. Ultimately you have to look at the track record of the company in regards to yourself and how you feel you have been treated. If you think the company is trustworthy enough to wait for replies etc. then that's all you can do, if not then its a case of taking it further however you can. At the end of the day its up to you to decide, the transaction and contract is between yourself and the company alone.

    If you do decide you want to take the case further I would be interested to hear if you get any results, also if you want any assistance send me a Pm I regrettably have had to take legal action against a couple of other companies in the past.

    Uncalled for Image? Aww... must have really hit a nerve there. How many people in your life would you just love to bitch slap because they urked the piss out of you. I have to laugh ...

    My biased view... don't know about that. I'm sure that I'm not the only one sick of the aired dirty laundry all over the place about this paritcular circumstance. I just had the cahonas to post how tired I was about hearing it. IF THE MODS OR THE ADMINS BUST ME>>> Then I'm busted, but by the time that happens, I've already made my mark when I stated my opinion and got the rebuttals.

    BTW... posting as Flave has, all over the place, whether or not it was to get BB's attention, in my opinon is totally uncalled for. That is what PM's and email is for.
    And if it's for the MODS and the ADMINS to take care of.. than this particular incident DOESN"T need POSTED countless numbers of times over countless places in the fourm... Does it.
    And frankly, I really don't care what any one else thinks of my posts, because just like you, I have an opinion, and that is how I chose to say it....

    This, exactly. Now while I KNOW there is an email option, I still have been ignored. I KNOW there is a private message system, but I cannot start and send NEW private messages without getting a blank white screen with "DONE" written on it.

    Everyone has up's and down's with companies, and personally this is a legitimate down and negative view, and all I want is to get it resolved - which obviously isn't happening right now.

    Unfortunately it's been 8mths, Paypal can do nothing. Luckily I paid with a credit card so I can still get my money back. I might be PMing you if you are able to send one to me, I can only reply to messages I get :<
