    Uncalled for Image? Aww... must have really hit a nerve there. How many people in your life would you just love to bitch slap because they urked the piss out of you. I have to laugh ...

    Okay next time you fall out with a store owner or an angry customer tell him the exact words you said back there and see how long it takes you until they ask you to leave or call the police, I worked for 2-3 years as an ICT support call desk I had people yell at me but never once did I threaten them otherwise your just going to fan the anger even more (and get fired  Tongue ) like threatening flarveon now he's going to be more pissed off and post more then if you gave him a calm response, yes he's been posting a lot to get BB attention but he has had lack of contact with BB (might be because of when BB went away) maybe if BB replaced the toy for him (and ask flarveon to pay for insurance and shipping) it would make him happier  and give good reviews about the company to other people he knows other then a bad review making them less likely to buy from here, heck even allow the option to insure the package so people are taking a risk when they don't select it thus not being BB's fault if its lost. Insurance is not much for something under 100$ I believe

    As they used to say at my old company, A happy customer will tell 10 people, an unhappy one will tell 20 and a customer that is unhappy but gets turned around by good customer service will tell 50. Also its amusing how people think that they can post what they want in forums with little or no consequence. Even if the poster can't be traced themselves, Flarveon could very easily make a case of harassment to Zeta's hosters/providers which could result in them losing their web facilities with no refund. Or Flarveon could quite simply make the case to the legal authorities in the state Zeta Paws is registered in, that would most likely result in Zeta having to pay legal fees whether or not they were found guilty.

    I feel I am being more than reasonable here with you on this, to the best of the info I have says it was delivered and signed for by you.
    The tracking number shows this.
    I am going wayyy out of my way to be nice here to you, but if you are going to do this, then I will contest it with your bank and show the proof.

    If you have a paypal addy I can send it to you that way, I am having trouble accessing the part of the service so I can give refunds (waiting for a password reset).
    I have already agreed to the refund of the toy price, minus the shipping.

    Well, lets see, IF this is all about that little picture... as I said, think about real time life and how many people you would love to do that too. I wasn't threatening anyone with the pic post, it was simply an addition to my comment that seems to have stolen the show. I worked in retail for 10 yrs, I've been behind the counter at a convinence store, fast food joint, and high end clothing stores> I've owned my own business, worked as Desktop support for and IT company, and still do personal DTS and IT for priviate sector... I know how to deal with angry consumers, and I also know how to keep my calm when it comes to being that angry consumer. Currently, I too am out 100$ for a company that ripped me off. AND I Don't have a chance in hell to get my money back or get a replacement becaue they don't exist any longer. So the BBB of New York is the only contact I have in obtaining my refund, IF at all.
    SO, once again, all these nasty rants all over the place only pisses on BB's business and those of us who know damn good and well he's ligit and that he does wonderful work and even though it can take forever long, it's well worth it. BB has offered up many times to resolve this issue, and still FLAVs posts comes... That's what urks me, and that's why I've posted what I have. OBVIOUSLY, I've accomplished gaining the attention of everyone but the one person it was meant. That being said, all this hallabaloo over  this incident from page to page in the fourm will continue until it's resolved... FOR FLARV..... In the long run....  YOU GET MORE FLIES WITH HONEY....

    My biased view... don't know about that. I'm sure that I'm not the only one sick of the aired dirty laundry all over the place about this paritcular circumstance. I just had the cahonas to post how tired I was about hearing it. When you hit rock bottom from the day you're born and shit keeps piling up, eventually you have to give in and write yourself off and start moving on to help others. Or so is the path I have chosen. So here i am, standing up for this customer that clearly got bad service. It's being resolved finally, I am glad. But it could have been done without all the drama.

    Flarveon had every right to complain as she did, and sometimes not just one method will work to get Bear's attention. Things were tried and they failed, but it seems things are going right, now.

    Sorry for your bad experience, Flarveon. Do come back to post the review, though, of the one you got on Fetish Zone? I am curious about the toy and all.

    I haven't contacted my bank yet to send in said forms, i'm happy to put that to the side. My paypal for the refund should go to ShibaShoots@y7mail.com - Just let me know an approximate date and i'll keep an eye on it as I have limited internet access.

    I can understand your generosity, it's just annoying I couldn't get anything out of it with the post, unfortunately my end has been filled with AusPost. As for the signing by me, I never did sadly. I think it's a case of no ID checked when someone else signed for it. I even door knocked to see if someone had accepted a package for me, and to no avail. Unfortunately it really does look like someones nicked it to which i'm still talking to Auspost about the investigation about that.

    Thankyou Smiley I got the attention to the subject needed and am feeling better about this now. While I am not sorry for the way I acted, it's taken this long to get a refund or some action since my first thread.

    I will come back and do the review, as even though I bought this through FetishZone it IS originally a ZetaPaws toy! So I think it's appropriate to give my reviews here.

    And yeah, you may catch more flies with honey, but doesn't mean you want to use that honey then.

    If I did that in the fast food industry, my GOD would I get my ass kicked out of the job XD I would have been happy to pay the extra, but once I saw the exact same toy instock from HERE on Fetishzone (where I know I can get the toy in 3-8 days max, guranteed + insurance), I grabbed one on there. Insurance for Auspost is 10% of the items cost, which I would have happily paid for at the time I bought this toy. Unfortunately it seems I just got a bad delivery man who signed it over without checking ID, he's now under investigation.

     Im a USPS contractor and I know for a ract that you coupd have collected on the lost packate, all you had to do was file the report with USPS, obviously that quick little phone call was too much and you wanted to inconvnience someone else to bow down to you in order for you to get what you wanted.



    bear, please please please file the report with USPS, it takes a second, and if you do it means flaveron cant double dip on his lost package. please get USPS to help with the cost of making his highness happy. you shouldnt have to foot this bill when its the post's fault.

    Please read my previous posts, i'm female, i'd appreciate at least getting my gender right if you are going to read anything.

    Well, I can't exactly call USPS from Australia. No phone numbers work, and the one that does, charged me $7/min. I don't have a phone plan that lets me make unlimited calls, nor can I foot a bill for a phonecall like that considering when I called up it was literally a computer automated message system directing me. If you read my previous statements as to why I can't contact them it would make sense, as I don't have a USA address nor am I a local at all! I'm an Australian, and i'm a student.

    I've reported my end with Australia Post, and they need the USPS side, I can't do that myself it's too expensive, I can't foot that bill as a student who also needs to pay bills. I've tried to get my 'stolen/lost package' refund from Auspost and failed.

    MY behavior was justified... as I am sick, and apparently others were... of hearing about this everywhere on the boards.
    Bear CLEARLY is not at fault here, as he had no control over what happened after it left his paws. If you're so adamant about standing up for Flarv, then why don't you put the effort into challenging Aussie post, etc.
    And in all reality, BB had proof that it's been made, sent DELIVERED AND SIGNED FOR (regardless of who signed for it).. HE DOESN"T HAVE TO DO A DAMN THING FURTHER. HE IS BEING MORE THAN GENEROUS in refunding this purchase.

    and as I said before, if she worked so hard at tracking it down and pestering the post there as she has to get her money back, then maybe she would have her package or found out who falsely signed her name and report them to the cops.

    I live in southern Cali, I can't very well go to AUS post and interrogate anyone. Their system runs different than USPS does anyway.

    And it wasn't posted 'all over the board.' I see two threads, that's it. And it wasn't even meant for you guys, it was meant for Bear. I see plenty of other refund threads, too, and no one ramming anything down their throats. The fact that you fight so hard and seem to hold a lot of animosity towards this person for no real reason unnerves me. You'd think a grown woman your age (whatever age you are, I take it you're in your 30s because you must be older than me having worked so many jobs for so many years) would have better things to do with her time than hang out on a sex forum all day and bash customers. Even I come on here only sparingly, and I'm just appalled at how people are treating this when it was in reality no one's business but Bear's to take of.

    I have yet to see this happen at Exotic Erotics or Bad Dragon.... yet. Though EE is such a small company (smaller than Zeta) that there's not a lot of traffic, and BD sweeps things under the rug before anyone has a chance to comment.

    For the record, I have lost things in the mail as well, people signing or whatever, supposedly. Whenever i go to USPS about the problem they always tell me there's nothing they can help me with. Luckily things i have lost were very minor in comparison to a $100+ dildo.

    Also... caps lock is not 'cruise control for being cool.' Being an avid reader, it's like yelling in my head, and it hurts, so do please stop using all the caps. If you need to stress a point with emphasis, the correct format is to italicize.

    I am locking this thread (until Bear and/or Talarath chooses to unlock it if they want) because I feel it's gotten way out of hand with name calling and insults, which I feel are not conducive to fixing this situation.

    Flarveon, Bear has been notified of this thread (even though I see he's already responded to you about it) and hopefully he can resolve the problem for you.
