Please can you give me a rough estimate of when my order will be sent I paid via Paypal on 26th June & as it stands my order is still in the 'mould queue'
Due to the length of time it has taken thus far, with no updates since I paid, I had to open a Paypal dispute because I just can't afford to lose $80.
I hope BrownBear can update me & reply to my Paypal messages & emails I have sent as soon as possible.

I need to know when it will be sent so I can gauge approximatley when it will arrive so I will be in - I would be very akward to explain this to my family if this fell into the wrong hands!

    When it's ready you will be emailed. Smiley The shipping thing does it automatically! If your address changes or needs to change you can always make a support ticket.

    I have made a support ticket but it has gone unanswered, what can you do when there's no commmuication from BrownBear? or anyone for that matter.
    I can only hope that they/he/she hasn't run off with my money..I dunno what will happen via Paypal as I had to open a dispute.. knowing Paypal

    you'll get your toy, it's a matter of time. Due to unforseen circumstances, that doesn't only happen in themovies, BB is backed up again. Remember, he has a life too and it has its pitfalls just like the rest of us.
    As far as the unanswered tickets go, they are read and forwarded, but as I told another person, due to BB's artisen operation, and the fact he spends most of his time making the orders to fill, he doesn't promptly answer. That's why he had admins working for him, and they do take care of the tickets.
    If there is a problem, post another ticket, or resend the information from the other one. DEPENDING on what you purchased, may depend on how long it takes, not to  mention other backed up orders.

    Been refunded by Paypal - So, if I want to order again I'm loooking at what? approx a year to get my item?

    Please refrain from bringing up past issues that have been addressed and dealt with accordingly already. It's beating a dead horse.

    As for the wait, It might be about a year or longer, depending. Was your toy a gel one? Gels take a while to be made and sent out, more so that silicone ones, as well as the number of toys in your order. I ordered the later half of January with 3 toys in the order, and am still waiting on mine.

    I would suggest if it's toys that Fetish Zone carries to order through them as they are a reseller of Bear's. He makes a bulk stock of toys and sends it to them and they resell them, but of course options on toys, such as colors and firmnesses, are limited due to this. However they have it in stock for immediate shipment if waiting will be a hassle to you.

    Gels were discontinued in 2010 for that very reason, weren't they? I would presume they're limited to orders in the 2000 range at the most recent for a gel order. Therefore any toy in a 3000 range (especially late 3000) could not be a gel. Smiley
