Why is nobody answering anyone on this board? If you run a small business, you are supposed to keep up with customer complaints, and if you can't handle the amount you are getting you either shouldn't be running a business or should hire more staff.

I paid for a toy with hopes of getting it withing a reasonable amount of time, after reading the threads on this forum I am doubtful I will ever receive my toy, hell I could die in a car accident by the time it came to me. I no longer wish to own one of the toys sold here at this site, I just want my measly 26$ back so I can put it towards something more important like filling up the fuel tank in my car or buying food etc etc. No i don't want the toy made now and shipped to me now, I want my money back, plain and simple. All someone has to do is send me '$26.95 USD' to my paypal account and that's the end of it. Just my money back and nothing more.

Well, I am one of the hired admin staff here and when someone submits a ticket through the system, I do pass it along as required electronically. I have waited patiently many months to get my orders from here and have been VERY HAPPY with the purchases I have made. And before you consider going off about this, all of those orders were BEFORE I became admin staff here and the other admins here are VOLUNTEERING for the PRIVILEGE of being part of the company. Wink

How dare you assume such a thing.

My order # is 3860.

I submitted a ticket and a pm to Mr. bear.

I do not wish to buy the toy anymore, I need the money back for other things.

Please I just want my money back, is that so hard to ask?
