    I do have access to the orders, but Bear and his other employee are really the only ones who know what is going next and what isnt.  I'm trying to get something so it's easier on him and the customers, but so far no luck.

    I try to keep it n as best order as I can.
    If I have an extra toy of a certain model I will find the closest order that needs it and ship it out, so thats why I look abit disorganized.

    Good luck! I tried thinking up a system to let people be able to see orders as they are filled but couldn't come up with a good one that would suit Bear's needs. Whatever the system is, it would need to be very easy to update in case an order has been changed or Bear has one toy for the order already ready to go or something. Smiley

    I really want to thank everyone who has posted in this thread -- especially the admins.

    I made my first purchase about six months ago (or so) and have also placed a support ticket and, with no real response, I was starting to get a smidge worried. Reading other peoples irate posts did not help anything at all to calm me down. But after reading this entire thread, I have been calmed down. This thread was reassuring and an interesting look into something I knew nothing about. Thank you very much for all the helping info.
