Hello I recently sent in two tickets regarding this issue but have got no response, so I am posting here to hopefully get in a contact with someone
if you wish to the view that ticket the first 3 numbers are #108.

I have made choices in my life that will cause me to no longer live at a shipping address I wish to get a refund for the product I order that is still in Queue after many
months of waiting I will be moving in about a month so the quicker I can get a response the better.

    As I said in my original post, I will not be able to receive the item where I am going I posted the reason why in my ticket and I would rather not post it in the public I just made this thread to bring attention to the ticket, as I have not got a response from it.
