Hello we are new here and have placed an order more than 2 weeks ago.  I  understand these may be custom made and take awhile .  What I don't under stand is I have attempted to contact anyone involved with the making of these products and have filed a ticket X 2 and never had a reply sent to my email.   I have also attempted to make contact via the email listed in PP  but still have not gotten a reply???

Is this normal  In ready to cancel on my card and try another place.  I'm not in any way trying to rock the boat here just don't understand the lack of communication

    it takes him a while to get around to the tickets.  as it says when ordering it can take a while depending on toy popularity, how many molds he has, how many are ahead of you.  etc.  So yeah the lack of communication is typical.  I sent a ticket in took 3-4 weeks before i heard back on it.  he does not spend that much time online as he is one of 2 people now making the toys.  So try to wait and you will get an answer to what you asked about.

    You're trying to rock the boat, don't lie. It's okay though. The boat needs a little rocking to get results in most cases.

    Also, my advice when it comes to any forum is to do a little digging first and post second. Bear closed shop a couple weeks or so ago to deal with something far more important than dildos. I would suppose he's still getting caught up with everything.. it's normal to get a slow response. Sometimes I get the feeling there's constantly hundreds of people badgering Bear with issues and order updates. How he stays sane... I do not know. I sure wouldn't want to be in his shoes. D:

    Also this is very much the incorrect place to post this particular topic. Posting issues in the correct forum area increases the chances it will actually get read. Just FYI

    Ticket replies are usually slow because of no one reading anything before ordering and complaing a week or two later about no toy.  When you have so many people ordering who dont read, and they all send in tickets it creates hundreds that he has to go through and pretty much say the same thing.


    I'll be lighting a flame under his ass here in a second though.

    Thanks all for the info.  Being new I did not know where to put this or who to send it too.

    I understand being busy  I'm sure that is the case.  Bear is a man of few words it seems as he did respond to the email from my PP account/  just that they are all very busy and he will let me know when they ship.  from what I have read the wait can very well be worth it  so I'm willing to try it and see how it goes.  thanks all for your feedback

    Hey there Hess,

    The wait really is worth it. I know sometimes it's probably longer than it should be, with Bear being one man doing this but...really, his toys are the best I've ever seen. I own all of the canines and I can tell you, I don't regret buying any of them. They're amazing.
