I don't want to be a pest, and I know that other people were waiting longer, but I just want to make sure my order didn't fall through the cracks. I ordered 30-06-2011 and received an invoice, but I was never informed if it was put into the molding queue. I opened a support ticket August 14th, but no response yet. Any information would be much appreciated.
