So, did you know that it takes some people forever to get their toys before you ordered yours? If you're interested in finding out why the backlog is taking so long to clear, there are some very educational posts in my thread "problem solver". But please realize that the more people that want refunds, the longer the rest of us that are patiently waiting for our toys have to wait. Though now that I have you here, I would like to pose an honest question. If there was someone you could go to and find out where your order is in the current queue, would that make it easier for you to wait and not demand a refund?
Also, question for the admins, how many trouble tickets get processed a week? Is bear just overwhelmed? I know he's had to take some time recently to deal with non zeta things. Not to mention the passing of his mother. Is there something the rest of us can do to help get things on track?
As one of the admins, I have processed zero in one day to as many as 30 in one day and process these tickets 7 days a week. Once I process them, they are assigned to whomever it is suppose to go to; sometimes I can answer the simple questions, but then BB needs to answer the rest. All BB ever asks of his customers is patience, because you won't be disappointed by the product. BB learned a lot from his competitors in the business and simply makes his toys with lots of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE!
