Two Months ago I made a thread asking to turn my Instructor order (#3220) into a gift certificate instead.
In the thread I was told this:
I will slip 3641 into the new guys pile while hes not looking, so itll be made the next few days
I will make note on your other order you want it changed aswell.

It has been two months and nothing has been done.
3621 has not been made even though everything but the replacement gryphon should be "surprise me" now. I know things are backed up, but waiting months without even an update on my order to say that we're willing to accept any colors on all the toys but one is frustrating. Tal or other staff could update my order in 5 minutes.
Even more frustratingly, I have not been sent the requested gift certificate instead of the Instructor even though order #3220 has been marked "finished". Where is my gift certificate? I know it's not hard to get a gift certificate made and sent. One of the other staff members could do it. It can even be PMed to me.
I really don't want to get a refund instead of getting the gift certificate, but if I have to I will. Please don't make me have to go the refund route. I'd rather keep the money in Bear's pocket by getting the gift certificate. No, I have not been sent the Instructor, either: last I heard the mold was still broken on that toy, which is part of why I want the gift certificate instead.
Please send me my gift certificate for the amount I paid for the Instructor.
