Yes, this calling this company a fraud was obviously the easiest and fastest way to get any response at all.
I'm sorry that I didn't think that when I was purchasing this toy the wait time would be longer then a month. So my mistake there, but look it's been over half a year. I really don't have any reason to not be upset. Don't tell me I don't have patience when I've waited half a fucking year. I'm tired of getting the same email from him, I told him I wanted my money back and it's been over a month. He never gives me a clear response to any of my emails leaving me to feel like they're the same generic email set to reply to anyone who emails him. Like I said before, if he's so backed up and can't get orders that were made over half a year ago sent out, why the fuck is he still accepting new orders? Because that would stop cash flow right? Right, getting money and not shipping out products is the best way to make a profit.
I'm pretty sure there's not a spot on the site that says it'll take over a year to get your product, and refunds will be given out only if Bear isn't broke.
Yes I'm pissed, yeah I'm probably a douche for being pissed, but it's a simple fact, I paid for a product that I haven't gotten, and I just want my money back, and there's nothing wrong with that, the only problem is that I haven't gotten a refund.

So what the hell did I buy last year then? My money did not go to making ME a toy, let me guess it went to make some old orders he had! Sounds alot like a fraud/scam to me...
Bernie Madoff did something similar his was a ponzi scheme, he had to keep getting new investors to give him money so he could pay off the old investors. All the while the new investors were actually fucked but listened the good word and reviews of old investors to keep the scheme going. SOUND FAMILIAR? He went to jail by the way.
The only one able to get away with stuff like this is the US Government, its called Social Security, and guess what its bankrupt, all the new investors are fucked trying to pay off the retiring baby boomers which greatly outnumber them. Theoretically it should work but the Government spent the baby boomers money long ago and relies on new money to pay off old orders. Seems a pretty common situation BB has found himself in.
NOW If this doesn't scare the shit out of anyone BB owes nothing will. So go ahead defenders and keep up the game, Karl Marx had a great name for you guys "useful idiots".
Maybe if he gets enough orders/help things will level out but he's reached the tipping point pissing off one too many customers and we're about to have a good ol' fashioned run on the bank. And the only way to keep the scheme up is to keep us happy so he better GIVE ME MY FUCKING ORDER NOW OR I WILL POST ON EVERY FUCKING FORUM I CAN AND PERSONALLY TRY TO DESTROY HIM WITH QUOTES FROM THE "USEFUL IDIOTS".

I too am a frustrated customer. I want to give Bear the benefit of the doubt but it's a bit hard when I've been waiting 9 months and my order hasn't been made yet. I could have made a human being in that time! I will still wait patiently however, in the hope that my order will eventually come, but I'm no longer holding my breath.

My advice?
Order from the site I get mine from. They mass order from Bear as far as I can tell, and when they have things in stock they ship out in two-three days. It's how I have both of my silicone toys; my gel toy I ordered directly from Bear way back when was delayed, though not quite as long as yours.
I won't post the link here for risk of getting in trouble.
You have every right to be pissed. I'm not defending him. If you want your toys, order from somewhere except him, that has them in stock, and you'll get them faster. :3 It's that simple.

I do have several distributors that do stock some of my selection yes.
Right now we are in the process of combing both shops into one which will result in much faster shipping on both old and new orders.
Koda will be working on the newest ones which will free me up to tackle those who have been waiting so long.
i appologize for this bit of inconvieance as we switch over to the new shop.

That's where I got mine; they only have black and natural in, and only the canine/some equine toys. Canine was all I cared about so I didn't pay attention to it until now. xD;

I just registered to find out anything at all about any news that would have made my order of two toys a year ago disappear without a trace. I placed my order right after Thanksgiving last year and it's still in mold que.
No info, no communication from anyone. I asked several times the status of my order and I'd say after several weeks wait i' >:(d get an answer "we're behind, we're working on it" and that's it.
I'm not in a position now to have my $100 doing nothing for me. it's been so long with out any communications of any type that I have completely lost faith in this company and it's products. I have just today requested my money back, but I will not hold my breath for an answer to my request, as they have not been forthcoming recently. My last two requests for status updates have gone ignored and I am pretty sure my request for a refund will also.
I'm sorry BB for your issues, but your lack of care for your customers is going to kill your business and make everyone question your reliability for a long time to come. I hope at least there's a lesson to be learned from any of this, for me it's to forget this website and it's products and move on to another product line all together.

Oh Joy :< I'm very quickly coming up onto a year waiting in a few months, I REALLY REALLY wanted those toys I ordered, I mean seriously I drooled over the idea of having them almost, I was so overjoyed when I placed my order, and I waited...and waited, and waited....my boyfriend got pissed as hell but I told him to just hold of...and so here I am....still waiting....I STILL want the toys over a refund but at this point I just want to find a solution...:< That was a decent chunk of money I put up for those toy's I ordered....at least if there was better communication I wouldn't be so frustrated about all these issues.

Boys boys boys, simmer down. "Sometimes you get the bar, sometimes the bar gets you". My hubby ordered mine as a birthday gift last year. Now we're in for a cancellation and refund. And yes maybe in a few years we may see our money, or a horse penis may show up on our doorstep embarrassing us to the kids im guessinga we'll have by that time. Either way, sometimes you just have to chalk it up to a loss, cut bait and run. Life is too short for ulcers. Tally it as a learning experience and move on.
