I just had a few questions about refunds. How is it refunded? Is it a check in the mail or is the money electronically refunded into peoples accounts? And how long will people have to wait. I submitted a ticket and received a response 3 weeks ago, and then on Sept 12, received an email saying that my order has been declined. Its now a week later and still haven't seen any sign of said refund. I'm not trying to troll, just would like to know how to expect it.

It would ususally be refunded by the same way it was ordered, so if someone used a card, it would be returned to the card, or paypal would be refunded to paypal, etc.

Ok well if your refunds to what we used it will be denied ive changed banks in the 6 months of waiting. Atleast tell me what the status is on my order. and dont wanna hear were working on it it dont take 6 months and what really urkes me is the fact i paid for express shipping . Order number is 3539

I received an email, and you started this forum so the 12th, saying that you have refunded these orders. Its now the 28th, and I still haven't seen the refund. My order # was 2725. I would like my money back please, I'm really tired of being yanked around like this. I've been nothing but respectful and patient, and am really disappointed in this whole situation. Please let me know whats going on. Thank you.

I have not heard back about my refund request.
I was wondering..if maybe mine was at least close to being made? 3862? I've seen all sorts of numbers close to it being made >.< I just thought, since I chose Surprise Me, that it would be finished by now.
If I can get an update and just like..some kind of honest wait time expectancy, I will retract my refund request.
