Hi, raised a support ticket over a month ago. Didn't hear back. (# 6007xx)
Raised a query against that support ticket a week ago. Didn't hear back. (is there a pattern here?)
I'm after a refund for orders #2578 & 3553. A reply to my support ticket would be much appreciated.
FYI: the first order was placed in Sept 2010... 15 months ago.
Refund of $263.30 please.

In what order are you refunding customers? from a guy that's been waiting for 14 months for my product and now my refund, I'd like to understand the process if there indeed is one.

I have opened a support ticket about a refund and I haven't had any answers. I was wondering if I can have a refund with my order #3582 (Slipknot)!!
Unless you can change it with the same value dildo (like a micro rider or Euro Ruff Jr.), that would be awesome!! But I am asking for a refund of my order #3582!!

Heyo!
I made two orders over a year ago, and as far as I've seen, there's probably been near no progress towards either of my orders. Not upset or anything, I could've waited for ages buuuuuuuuut I'm in desperate need for money at the moment, and getting these refunded would help me heaps. Sooo, yes, I'd really like a refund for both of my orders if at all possible and would be much appreciated.
